Non-reflection of online payment for SBI Card

On 29 October 2015 I did an online payment of Rs.1900/- for above mentioned SBI Credit Card through ICICI Banking (Transaction ID: 85667827). However the same has not reached your end. Please check.

Wrong charging of late fee and late fee interest
My card no, 5172********6504. I have received bill on 19.01.2016 but by chance I was late to pay the bill. Now, I have received the next statement in which you charged rs.750/- as late fee charges and rs.1925/= as late payment interest both and the interest is charged on the amount which was not due at that time. This is wrong policy of the bank. Kindly look into the matter and credit my account accordingly. Thanks.
New card not received after expiration of old one
This is to inform you that my above card expired on 05/12, after that I have not received a new card but getting a monthly bill and I am regularly paying. Last I have paid Rs.4000/- by my overside. I am regularly complaining in customercare & SMS to PROBLEM for cancellation of my above card & refund my balance amount but no response till date. As I have got some time to sort out this otherwise I am always on travelling. Thnks.

Cancellation & surrender my credit card
I have allotted my credit card in the month of Dec-2015. I had revived my
1st bill of Rs.571.36 against Annual fee charges.
2nd bill In the month of Jan-2016 for Rs.802.38 (against annual fee + late fee).
3rd bill of Rs.1041.28 (against annual fee + late fee+ late fee).
4th bill of Rs.1633.00 (against annual fee + late fee+late fee).
5th bill for the month of April-16 Rs.545.00 (against late fee credit+ late fee debit) for which I had paid Rs.572 by cheque no.964820. This amount credited in 5th bill. 6th bill for the month of May-16 for Rs.1023.00 against late fee + other charges. On the above line I would like to inform that from the date of received my card I have never used the same for any purpose or never made any transition for purchase of any goods, though your good office has sent me the above mentioned bills, even-though I have paid the annual fee charge of Rs.572. Due to received these unwanted bills I get irritated & therefore I would like to cancel & surrender my CREDIT CARD NO. 420739906403****. Please do the needful in this regard & intimate me immediately. Your sincerely Y.R.Bante.

Payment charge without using card
I have already paid ur all charges before 6 month after that I am not using cards so how u generate bill after 3 month continuously. I told to ur officer please deactivate my card before clearing last payment. After that no calls are come to me for bill payment or reactivate. So why i should pay the bill without ur information. Why are you not calling before reactivation. Also After activation no one call me in first second third month. Is this ur good service. So disgusting.
I informed you to stop my credit card today itself. I am not responsible for ur unvalue added charges.

Credit card fraud case
Fake call from sbi credit card customer care. Offered lots of gifts and 25% discount on all purchase by showing our discount card. They are also knowing that when and how much money I paid of credit bill. So I gave major information like cvv no which they used and looted me for 7835 rs. I know I made mistake but I didn't understood how they came to know that how much money and when I paid of credit card bill.

Sbi worst experience of customer care because if credit card payment is due and some one expired in home they are least bother to listen and trouble u to that extent that u get mental torture.
Extend card limit
