I have already repaid total outstanding by SBI credit card before 4 years Back. But I am really surprised that Rs. 46/- is outstanding. Since long I am not using any credit card and it has been out of practice. Now I did not know even my card number. Please help me and rectify this error from my CIBIL Report.

wide my e mail dated 29-10-2015, it was informed that total of the amount to be paid should be Rs 5297.93 whereas amount to pay has been shown as Rs8518.19. as such amount of Rs 5297.93 has been paid through cheque No 000080 of 02-11-2015. please make correction accordingly. under advice to under signed.

Recently i have got prime care which is very expensive annually charge. I have not use. Please change my card from prime to any cheaper card.

Sbi issued me a credit card. I rejected that card for annual charges reason. I rejected it from blue dart. Even i didn't take that card in my hands. But still now every month i got a payment message from sbi. Sooo many times i would try to contact sbi customer care. I tried to contact each and evrey number in online. But unable to contact representative. What is the solution of my problem & how can i contact sbi credit card departments..???

It is to inform that without my concern an amount of Rs.7992/- was shown as an expenditure towards shopindiame on 21st Sep 2017. I have neither purchased any thing nor swiped the card anywhere towards any purchases. I am shocked and surprised to see the expenditure and feel that some fraud had taken place. It is therefore requested to find out the fraudulent one and see that the amount is credited back into the card. Hope an early action is solicited in this regard. thanking you with regards

Dear Sir,

This is my 3rd email to you all requesting you all to waive off my annual charge of my credit card, as it was said that this card will be for free, but still you all are not waiving off my annual charge of credit card, when I complained at first time it was 2999, now even after making complain it increased to 5663, I am not understanding why this is happening, you people are forcing me to file a case against you all.

Please don't make me to go customers court, and 3rd requesting you all to waive off the credit card charge and clear my account and show that you people really care for the customer and their service.

I am try to contact you since 30-35days but no response rec'd from your side. May I request you to Wave off my late payment and also deducted amt from my account today and confirm to me.
