Sim card lost want new sim in previous number
My sim got blocked as i was not using sim from 1 month. So please help me how can i get a new sim by same no? Every docomo stores are closed & Customer support staff was not able to assist in this regard, there's response really worst. Please help me regrading this, where I go & which documents needed to get a new sim by previous number.

Tata docomo company everytime disturb me
I am jasvir singh and my photon number 9219004639 or a/c no. 947961680. Many month ago that photon connection disconnected by my side and your company always disturb for 500 rupees.
Actually i buy that photon that time i paid 500 rupees security. So why disturb me always and saying that do the case on me. so can i ask you which case you registered for me in court and why. Who is cheater me and your company.

I am really feeling bad to say that tata docomo service is not satisfactory as other services provider I am facing problems since 1 week. whenever I recharge my account automatically gets deductions start from Docomo
And horrible as no refunds 48Rs deducted in 3 days
Really helpless and going to cut sim and throw it in Tata Docomo gallery.
Photon max to be closed
I would like to inform you that i have taken new connection of airtel. And i want to close this photon max number: 9230029246 and account number: 948286583. Your bill of photon max has been paid on 9th june, 2018. Tata indicom landline changed to docomo
From day one above change has taken place and I am issued new sim card i am not getting range and foolishly i am paying monthly bills. I want to disconnect immediately. My number is 8237011908.
Extra charges taken for replacement of sim
I am having 5 connection of tata docomo, some days back I called customer care for network problem, they suggested me to replace the sim. so today I have gone for replaced the sim, They have charged me Rs.150/=per sim my mobile no.are 8791673725,9045059431 and 8272833828. at the last moment I have seen the MRP Rs.50/=I asked about the same but they told me for complaint I purchesed the sim from golden agencies, jama masjid compound Rampur city Dist. Rampur 244901 and my adress is near Bata Showroom shoqat ali road civil lines Rampur Dist. Rampur UP 244901 (name-Dildar Mohammed Qureshi).

On date 01/09/2018, I acted upon your recharge offer of Rs.27.00 for TT+3FREE SMS+25paisa/minut,call rate.But, above top-up recharge offer was not conducted by you in the true manner ,instead unwanted STV OFFER being ineffective with in span and proved fake/cheat on your offer or sms details. My 27rupees proved fruitless or discharged meaningless by you "TD/TA SMS people". My mobile no.with DOCOMO sim is 8090198681.You could do ,if, you are really sincere $ well wisher to your customer.

Respected Sir, I am Tata Docomo Customer since its launch in July, 2009 and my mobile No. is 9036368230. I was a Tata Photon Customer also. Both the facts can be verified from the records. On 03.10.2018 at 10.54 p.m. I made a recharge on line for Rs. 165/-(valid for 54 days) using my debit card of SBI. However, by mistake the fourth digit of mobile number has been typed as 9 instead of 6. Hence, recharge has gone to Mobile No. 9039368230 of Madhya Pradesh instead of my No. 9036368230 at Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Hence, I request to consider the error as a special case and retrieve whatever balance left out of Rs. 165/- as on date from Mobile No. 9039368230 and make a recharge against my Mobile No. 9036368230. I will be ever grateful for such act of kindness, hoping a solution will be provided to the problem. Expecting an SMS or reply e-mail at the earliest please.
Wrong information by agent (Ankita)
I had do recharge on my no (9151144858) through Pe Phone application, but recharge benefit not received.
I had call after 27th hour and the call picked by Ankita and she says "iski information yaha nhi h". I said from Ankita, that i want to discuss from your senior But Ankita said, Sir you can not talk to the senior, because My senior is busy in another call. But after, Ankita said, OK Sir i am doing the transfer your call.
I was hold on call 40 mintues but the call not be also transfer of your senior and the call did disconnected from the side of Ankita.
Please give the total information of Ankita about to process,and reply me on my G_mail that what is feedback given to Ankita.
Top up voucher not recharge
Top up voucher not working, i was not able to recharge it.
Since 6 months fighting for my rs.50,000/- security deposit
Dear Sir,
We have taken the 5 connections in our company name with account no: 922324469 (Its a TATA DOCOMO 140XXX SERIES NUMBERS), by paysing Rs.50,000/- as a security deposit.
Now all those 5 connections are cancelled, and we requested to refund my security deposit of Rs.50,000/-. But till now i didnt got that deposited money. This process is keep going on since last 6 months. But no one are taking this seriously to refund our money. Regarding this i have sent almost more than 30 emails and spoken to customer care more than 60 times, but still the issue not cleared.
And since last 2 months onward they are saying your courier is dispatched already, if not received give correct address we will resend again. then i have given the details and then again 2nd time also they are saying already courier has dispatched, but they are not ready to give the courier details at the time of sending the courier also, and as per their argument after dispatching the courier also.
And they are not ready to transfer money to my bank account also, or i ask to send that courier to you Bangalore head office, so that i will go there and collect it by submitting my ID proofs, they are not agreeing to anything.
So kindly look into this case and do the needful ASAP please.
And its its not relevant to your dept, kindly escalate this issue to concern dept/Team and do the needful to get it clear this case please. No one are bothering to support us please, kindly help me in this case.

Wrong recharge. your plan says if you recharge 23 rupes so you shall get 19.50rupes. when I recharge, I didn't receive 19.5rupees... I say you .give me my rupees. I suppose you are stealing money you are thief.

Since a week i am facing a strange issue that my sim registration is failed... Kindly activate my sim asap... When i insert the sim it indicates as registration failed... Please active it asap... I even recharged my cell but i didn't get any message nor it's gettin activated
