On 17th April, 2018.

I had booked the cab from Sahara International airport to my home (Santa Cruz ,East ). My wife along with kids had boarded the cab (cab no. :MH 02 WA/7464 , Name: Ram Shikre, otp: 5559 , mobile no.: 7977374187) , on reaching the destination my wife had mistakenly left mobile phone in cab. On calling the driver for the phone recovery he didn't show any signs of help. On asking about the ride he further took after dropping us, it seemed a lie for he didn't have the contact no. Of the further customer on board.
Hope to receive the positive response against the issue asap.

I booked first time ola cab today (23-4-2018 ) morning about 7am. After 5-6 minutes Driver tell me on phone that he is on location but cab was not on location. I have called him to come on location but he couldn't come, I waited him about 10 minutes then I told him for cancellation and arrange alternative vehicle. The massage received from ola that you will charge Rs.50. The cab couldn't reach at location and harass me about 10 minutes, then why cancellation charge?

Had a very bad experience with the cab service. Today Afternoon around 02:15 PM I Completed Ride from: Chennai Central railway station to: Medavakkam While Booking Price Shown 476 Rs But Once Ride Completed they charged 1076 Rs from me. They charged extra charges 600 rupees from me.

Please Help me on this and How can I get that extra charges to me. If 1076 Rupees Amount will display to me Before start ride itself I will arrange some other alternative I won't prefer Cab for that Amount. Now Lost 600 Rupees unnecessary.Is this right way to take money with knowing us. like this..?

From last 6 months Driver lingering and Now refused to give back my Rey-Ban Sunglass and i have also complained to the Customer support through OLA Apps. But they Don't reply me. Driver Admitted that I have your ray-ban Sunglass. But Now he is not picking my calls. Today he received my call from another number and said i have already submitted the sunglasses at the ola gurgoan office . I know that he telling lie to me as in past also he makes the same excuses and not returned my Ray-Ban Sunglass .

Please look into the matter and talk to the driver to return my sunglass or ortherwise i have to take legal action through police .

Now ola became worst service in chennai. Ola service wala auto/cab are not ready to provide service to people. They themself cancel the trip or informing us to cancel trip without knowing the urgency/emergency of the work. Unbelievable service is providing by ola. Really happened to me. Ola management take appropriate action on those idiot wala trip cancelling person.

My wife was taken the ola cab no HR 55 AB 4544 from Sector-3, Rohini to Kohat then back same cab at Sector-3. when leave the cab mobile was not taken from cab. after 5 minutes call back to driver he says no mobile in cab. Driver name SATNAM DAS his Mobile No. 9599431071. when i call back to driver my wife leave the mobile in your cab ha say no mobile in cab.

Then I told I complaint your in OLA & Police station he told you can complaint any where, he threat me you can go any where no body touch me. my request pl take action & registered my complaint. And also we have done fir about the complaint to police.

I booked ola cab on 24th April afternoon around 2.50pm from Radisson temple bay mahabalipuram, chennai. When I booked I got the details and I called that particular driver (rajkumar), he picked us from Radisson. After 5 minutes I got a call from other number he said he got the booking. I informed him I am travelling with the ola only then that second person cancelled his booking.

At the of settling the bill this driver also said booking cancelled he demanded for Rs. 820/- when I asked him about the invoice he said I need to collect from ola only. And Today I spoke to one of the customer care team ramanand he said its not possible to give invoice, since its a official trip I need invoice.

1. On 24-4-2018 trip, I booked it from L & T Ragamaliga apartment, whereas the driver waited for at Sai shreya apartment. He rang up and enquired as LIC qrs. I explained him that it was L & T Ragamaliga, not LIC qrs., he could not find my location, is it fair to penalise me. Why did not he enquire about L & T Ragamaliga. I do not want to get the refund, but you loose a customer on the fault of the driver.

2. On 27--2018 trip, you can enquire the driver it was Kasthuri bai Nagar 3rd cross-the pick up point, how did it mention it as Parthasarathi nagar, The driver picked us from the service road, where it is Main entrance. Check it up, distance travelled was only 8 kms. your site refers. Is it fair to collect Rs. 375 for the distance. If it is correct, your system done something wrong. Is it fair to collect more fare from a customer. However you are loosing a customer.

I booked an auto from Rajabadar St to home at Choolaimedu. In my mobile it showed 3rd street Shankarapuram and the auto driver stopped the vehicle at second street of choolaimedu Saurastra Nagar stating that his route map showed only that place. He would not come to my home in 7th Street which is hardly 500 yards away. He wanted me to correct the location after calling you. This is exasperating. Why don't you show street names properly when one dials for a ride?

Ola has blocked my account without information. I have OLA money and using it for other purposes other than OLA rides. This is unfair to block the account without a dialogue.

1. CRN 1766986472 (Auto): On Sunday 29th April around 3.00pm, We (Me and my wife) booked an OLA auto to travel from HAL circle to Banasawadi. After boarding the Driver informed to surprise the drop location in his App was showing to METRO Kanakapura after entering the OTP. And he refused to go to Bnasawadi. Apart from this an amount of Rs 29 has been deducted from my OLA account.

2 OSN 973340043 (Share). Now we booked OLA Share during the travel a co passenger started playing LOUD music by his Mobile. I requested him to reduce the volume or use Ear phones. Cab driver also requested the same. But the Co passenger was not ready to lichen to any one and arguing with us even though we are senior citizens and a women passenger was travelling. At one stage i requested Driver to a Police station.... This was a very unfortunate and bitter experience.... OLA shall address these type problems.

3. But OLA has blocked my account as well as OLA money this is unfair action.

Without informing anytime cancelled ride by auto drivers, not ready to come on anytime booking same place pickup,and after booking confirmation.. not taking calls. Telling other people's cancelled 2 to 3 rides from morning... so don't want to come for pickup. If they don't want to come... why are they taking the booking and telling to cancel the booking.

My cab was booked up to 6.40am it was showing, driver's name, car no, car model everything. My ride time was 7.00am at 6.58 am when I checked, I saw my ride was cancelled. May I know, who has given them the right to trouble people like that. We were to go to hospital appointment was there. If we cancel,they are showing pending charges as penalty, years together unless that is paid. people are booking for their need, once booked no one wants to cancel, most of the time it's cancelled because of the driver's delay and from the other end he wants us to cancel the trip even though he had failed to reach spot on time.

When we don't do it, next time at the time of booking, we see cancellation charge (pending) along with the current fare. Are they here to cause us inconvenience & show their terms only?? Customers, who are helping them also to continue their business, what about the right of those people? How can they be penalized if they are cancelling the ride at the eleventh hour?

I like to share my experience with so call OLA. On 11th November 2017, I had 1st booked OLA for Pune airport, I got confirmation but cab was cancelled, reason best known to OLA only. Again on 13th May 2018, I had booked outstation - Pune - Mumbai for 6 AM - 14th May 2018. I received confirmation & on the date of departure, 1 hour before I received message saying trip was cancelled due to high demand. Again I tried and booked OLA cab for which I received confirmation, but again same message - This was my 3rd booking but till date my experience with OLA is VERY VERY WORST. You people are actually failures in terms of professionalism. I don't think you people stand anywhere with your competitor.

I was traveling from 221 Station Road,Naupada,Mumbai to DSK Durgamata Towers,Cuffe Pared Road.

At the time of ola booking it was showing 450 to 500 rupees. But some strange thing happen at the time when i reached my destination. Ola charged me 1227/- rupees which was 3times higher rate. Me and the ola cab driver was shocked that how can this be possible, he said there might be some technical issue with the ola software and i agreed with his point.

So i payed him the amount and thought to call Ola support team at the same time but support number was out of service. I called again after 2 days and spoke to ola customer care team but they said it was my fault may be i have chosen high priority option. This is how ola company is threatening there customer. Now no more trust on this fake/fraud company. I have deleted the software and requesting everyone not to use this fake/fraud application.

I tried calling to customer care, but with no proper response,and so many call your care but no one person help me but every gay may call transfer other dept and my wait time on call hold 30 im not accepted for ola cab and no single revert my completed reply pls resolved this issue on urgent basis.

When i book the cab the figure showing was 603/-. when the driver came i discussed with him about the route the previous cab driver had taken at which he assured me that he would ONLY follow the the route showing in the app.

When they (My wife and kids) reached delhi they were asked to pay 733/-.

Dear sir/Ma'am what i want to know is why are you giving me a wrong figure initially while booking, that is excluding the toll charges or what ever charges. when you give a rate idea you need to be as accurate as possible.

I have found this ride very nonprofessional and really not happy at all!!!!!

I have left my mobile phone in ola auto while getting down at indiranagar. Auto reg no is KA02 AH6823. Ola is booked from the lost mobile phone number 7795094360. Please track the driver to hand over the mobile phone. Call me on 9845469630 or 8884700288 Girish.

I booked ola cab and my booking was confirmed. At last moment driver asked my location on phone. I informed him about my location. After knowing my location he refused to pick up me at last moment. I informed ola. But instead of taking action against driver ola charged cancellation fees to me. Very bad action by ola.

I don't know the reason why my account is blocked. I last used ola auto on 27th May 2018 around 11.30 am and I paid in cash. Later I added ola money from my bank account, 599Rs. My total ola money balance was 643Rs. But then when I opened the app around 1pm to book my ola auto again it was showing that my account is blocked because I violated some terms and conditions of ola.

I don't know what terms I violated. I might have cancelled a few rides and that too because the driver was really far from me and it would have taken him almost 20-30 mins to reach me. if you are blocking my account on basis of my cancellations of rides then I think you should improve your radius to book ola for customers and give them the nearest ola available and not the one which is 30mins away from them. I just want my account to be unblocked so that I can use the services if not then I would like my 643Rs, which I added in ola money, back in my account or else Paytm or else anyway you are comfortable.

Your ola driver didnt mentioned me how many member has to sit in XYLO. Previous day i went same place in the xylo on 12th for two way there is no issue with those drivers. But this driver pick me from home and while traveling to near t.nagar power house he is telling the rules and droped us in mid of the road. Since 2 old age person and girl child they have dressed for marriage because of him we missed the murtham and late to marriage. For this issue you suspended my account and asking me to pay 451 for traveling hardly 1 km. IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICES. Better you check my history of travel how i travelled without cancellation.

मैं आज दिंनाक 2/6/18को सुबह हबीबगंज रेलवे स्टेशन से नेहरू नगर भोपाल जाने के लिए आपकी ओला कैब से ओला टैक्सी बुक किया समय 6:10 पर बुकिंग कनफरम होने पर टैक्सी ड्राइवर के फोन पर फोन लगाया लेकिन चलक ने मेरा फोन रिसीव नहीं किया बहुत देर तक परेशान होने के बाद बाद मैं दूसरे साधन से घर पहुंचा। 9993153702 ऐ हैं उस चालक का फोन नं. नाम नितेश सो कर रहा था। क्या ओला कैब अपने कस्टमर को ऐसी सेवा प्रदान करता है। मैं आपके कैब का पुराना कस्टमर हूँ। लेकिन आज आपके मेरे साथ अच्छा व्याहार नहीं किया गया। ऐ ठीक नहीं है।

Ola has started providing disgusting service now a days. Especially, during official working hours (10am - 11am), they don't have cab's and one has to wait for 30 - 40 mins after booking a shared CAB. Unfortunately, when approaching for help either to customer support team or company's CEO, none of them are responding and assuring next plan of action.

OLA, I am a regular customer and use OLA app day in and day out. I guess, OLA people have done some mischievous activities because of which OLA app has also stopped working on my Android phone.

Will any one from OLA team will help me out as I know none of you are supportive.

1. I do not know why my a/c is suspended.I face lot of hardship due to this. Pl restore it.

2. I repeatedly face the problem of excess billing over and above what is indicated when I book an auto. Every Ola driver in Chennai asks for the route, even though they have no business to ask it since they should go by GPS. I don't tell them, because I myself don't know. And invariably I find that my destination is changed and these fellow insist they don't know anything but pay what is shown. For ex.I booked an auto on 10-6-18 at 2-46 p.m from my home 14/46, Rajeswari Street, Metha nagar to GRT Jewellers in T.nagar. the fare indicated was 39-41 rupees. But when I got down it showed a strange destination,Sr. Venkatesh Apts, 5,29 Venkatesan Street, Pudumanaikuppam,T. Nagar costing Rs 63/-. God knows where this place is. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA. Another instance is a week earlier When original fig. was Rs 60 to go from my home to Jawahar Vidyalaya, Ashok nagar , but on reaching it showed Rs 85/-which I refused to pay. Such cheating never happens in places like Hyderabad.

Will you pl. attend to both these issues and respond ASAP?
