Hi Ola Customer Care,
1. I have travelled in Chennai using an Auto from King’s Hotel Egmore to Thousand Lights. The auto driver was so rash and rude and abused with saying ola postpaid money can’t be taken and you must pay in cash. The words were unparliamentary language which was so insulting. He also made a point saying go give the complaint to the ola or police I am not bothered.
Overall cost for the travel as per ola is 39 Rs. He charged me in cash around 50 Rs. Now I have been charged by Ola postpaid along with in-hand cash to the driver (39+50). Need to know why this is happening. Why will customers travel if this happens. Also need to understand when the additional 39+11 will be refunded back to me. For this person I have rated 1 and added my comments but I can see him at 5 rating.

2. On the same day from Thousand Lights back to King’s Hotel Egmore I travelled, and the auto postpaid was charged around 62 Rs. When it’s the same distance in the morning cost you at 39 Rs why it’s the double in the evening. Can I know the reason? The base fare and the Kms need to be charged according to your app policy. Why I was charged additional amount of 23 Rs.
3. Please deactivate the postpaid module from my app. While resuming back to Bangalore railway station, I booked 2 cabs both of them asked me its cash or postpaid app; when I said postpaid they denied picking me up. They are not happy with postpaid is what I understood from the 2 days experience because of which you are indirectly troubling your regular customers. For this both the times I was charged the cancellation charges of 30 Rs. Please understand before you charge your customers.
I too have tried many times on the same day to the customer care to complain but the number rings with no response (080-46655300 / 080-67350900).
Please do let me know when the money will be refunded by you guys that 39+11+23=73 Rs. I understand it’s the small figure, if this is happening to one customer how about others. I need to get his sorted.

Ola cabs reservation canceling by the driver in Punjab
Hi,
Just to give you an update on your ola cabs in Ludhiana (Punjab) we are booking a cab for local ride but I guess its a short ride or I don't know what but yesterday also and today also we tried booking at least three to four-time every time driver is canceling the booking and next booking when we make we have to pay 50 rs. extra for the last cancellation which is not done by us anyway after accepting an extra 50rs. additional charges also the next booking when we make the same thing is repeated again and again so finally thanks to auto rider we took an auto to our destination.

Today I booked cab from dwarka mor to airport terminal 2 delhi. I booked with the fare of 265 rupees. But they charged me 430 at airport. The vehicle number was DL 1RTA 4052, driver name Praveen Kumar.
Ola postpaid complaint - Worst customer support
I have been charged with ola postrpaid bill of Rs.1000, Even though I have made the payment via paytm as per the suggestion of an executive who called to clear the dues . Even after doing as suggested and sharing the screenshot also, I got a call for the payment around 100 times. Even after informing the same thing again n again to the folks of ola money, today they sent me the message n call of taking legal action against me. I have been very supportive to each and every executive while telling same stuff every time.
I would like to escalate the issue to the who so ever is the concerned person for this. I have been irritated now, could you guys check it once and for all? If not, let me take the legal action against you peeps ASAP.
Complaint about service
I booked a cab from my. Home in bible. College to avadi booking was conformed then driver kriubashankar cal us to conform pickup location and he said. After 2minutes car became punchar cancel the ride i said k and cancelled. I have booked another ride that person name bharathiraj he cal me to conform location and he came near to my home and said there is no proper road facility cancel the ride at last minute he came and saying what is this a very worst service and i have contact customer complaint no but no response so why i have comment about these fraud transports.
Excess payment
I had availed a trip (CRN2734132010) and it was my first trip in Ola. Due to my urgency and lack of experience I could not understand about the FARE INCREASE status while booking for confirmation. Trip was completed (82.1 km 7hr 10min) and I had paid total Rs.2900.00 to cab driver. On account of fair increase I had paid Rs.769.72 (including in total amount), which I feel excess amount. The excess amount may be reimbursed if any provision is there to undersigned as a new customer and lack of experience.

Driver misbehavior
Amandeep kaushik Driver car-Micro - White WagonR ---CRN2757460765 the driver was very rude and had no sense to talk with people. he is not listing me, he get the wrong route I will complain to police and I Would never book ola for my travel needs.....ever.

Charging too much price for ride
Ola charged me 543 rs for just 21 km and they didn't show me expected fares and this is really disgusting thing. I am not going to use OLA again because of bad fares and i suggest you guys to avoid it and use better cabs.
Unnecessary cancellation charges
The driver was not at time I am getting late for the train. then I asked driver to come soon but driver rejected n said cancel the ride when I cancel the ride they are charging me for the ride.
Driver cancelled the booking
I booked the Ola cab from Guru Nanak Market, Karol Bagh at 5:09 pm to A-2/-173 Giani Gurumukhi Musafir Maag sector 17 today 12-03-2019. When I reached the destination, he charged the fare rs 240 but cancelled the booking.He said that net is not working. That is why I did not get the receipt on my e mail. The name of the driver is Nitesh Wagon-R DL RTB 3651.
I do not Ola money or Ola account
Please note that when booking is done finally the amount is added with credit Ola money and collect the money after some times. this type I will not accept to pay the bulk money that I do not accept. you must collect after the account closed each and every trip if the same is continued I have no other alternative except to close your trips.

Cancellation charges
I had booked Auto on 20th March & i have been waiting for 20 minutes and auto location is showing 5 min then 3 min then 7 min even spoken to driver he said he is reaching but waste of time finally i cancelled but you charging cancellation charge of Rs.15/-. Even auto numbers has been changed to other no.

Ola App does not recognize my mobile GPS
Whenever I open the OLA app, there is a notification that my mobile GPS is off, although GPS is on for other purposes. The OLA app does not recognize my GPS. I tried uploading the App again but the problem has not been solved. Please guide what has to be done. Thanks.

I did ride from my house B-5083 Gali no 113 Sant Nagar Burrai to Indra Gandhi international on date 7 Apr-19.OTP no 9654 and taxi no 9644.
125 rupees extra charges
As per app my charges was 375 bt the very rude driver charged me 500 and estimated charge 187 only to very long rout taken by the driver after the many reminder.

Ola postpaid reminders
Hi,
Still not getting any response from Ola, but I am still getting reminder to pay 1000/-. I have paid by cash and settled with driver, but why I am getting reminder after reminder, now i am getting reminder with PayUmoney,
It looks you ola support system is a complete failure one, as no one responding properly is any one person responsible in ola company….
I have never seen such a bad/pathetic/useless support as ols company giving to customer. i have sent 15 mails/ NO one is reply to my mail only printed reply comes, is this ola is a company??.

Worst ola service than a druken auto driver
Booking time is shows approx. Rs. 350/- (Booked ola auto) , when we booked and at destination time we have paid rs. 1000/-. If we ask the driver its not our mistake u call them and ask, first pay to us.
Never seen such a worst case, its completely raping the people by intention. I had a very bad experience in my life paying hardcore money to a sitting person who has no responsibility and safety of passengers. How can they appoint such an idiots in the safety norms. Ola money
It is getting more tougher to book a cab/ autos predominantly via ola money. The drivers refuse to take up the trip and demand to book through cash. Infact they either call up and ask for mode of payment or come to pick up point and outright cancel the trip. This is getting tiring and it's better to take a normal auto which turns out to be cheaper than Ola.

Drive name Shrikanth k m mobile no-8061914021, already l have not lodged FIR in nearest police station because i have to took flight at Bangalore but informed @olacabs.com.through different mobile. Drive mobile till now switch off please find my mobile phone and inform me very urgent.
