I have book ola on 13 august 2019 and i left my phone on ola cab so i call the driver.driver is said yes sir you left the phone in cab an he said i was return your phone but next days he was switch off our phone so i camplain in olacab office in sec 64 and i complained a police station but police officers and your staff is not doing work proparly.

So sir i want to say please give me my phone otherwise i will complain in ola. please sir give me my phone i have a many proofs thats like i have recording of driver when he was said i have a phone and complaint letter of police.

Have any due in my account if yes, pl.know me the same if not why it is blocked? as per phone memo it is ask that so many canceled in a day? for your kind information it is not my side, the cab driver had canceled the ride or ask me to cancel as he do not want to go that side. where is my self wrong? Please note that Ola Cab - Driver, Mr. Sandeep Kr Singh, Ola Prime Sedan, Dzire Tour, WB054559,Operator State/UT: West Bengal taken more money forcefully from me of Rs. 844.00 instead of Rs. 529.00 which is booked at 6.42 am dt: 22.10.2019.

Please note that I am not able to communicate with Ola Cab services as their all customer care number is not functioning.

Hence, they inform me thru e-mail that they are sorry for the same but not refunded the amount of Rs. 315.00 which is taken access from me.

You are requested to stop this kind of fraud service from Ola cabs/ ANI Technologies and instruct to refund the amount of Rs. 315.00 in my SBI bank account.

It seems drivers are hired without checking on their driving skills, putting customers life at risk. Had worst experience today. I could not understand whether he was drunk or sleeping or half blind or he was just in learning phase. He was driving in zigzag format. Suddenly putting breaks or increasing speed, he was about to hit other vehicles many times but thank god other drivers managed it. I use to instruct him to drive slow, look left, right and forward.

i have traveled from KIA to kamlanagar on 30th jan 2020 arround 20.40 pm. and i have paid the the the full amount of bill along with all charges came. Why driver asked me to pay the toll charge of rs. 90/- I have the toll slip also. pl. refund the amount and let me inform.

I have traveled on 7/ 08 / 2020 form Parichok (Greater Noida) to Ghaziabad. Paid cash to driver after trip complition. But I am to able to fetch my invoice from Ola portal but it is showing cancelled trip.

It is very bad experience with Ola. Please do the needful.

Today on 29.09.2021, my Ola Cab Ride PRIME SEDAN-CRN5627283365 by Ashish Kumar in his Car No.BR1P6390 dishonestly took Cash of Rs 432/-instead of Rs 310/---an excess amount of Rs 122/-, by showing me another person's ride fare, as my both the hands were engaged, I could not see the amount on my own. So, Please get me refund.

HI, last night 16-01-22 i booked my ride. his name is aabid my pick up location is feroz gandhi colony sector 50 FBD and my drop location is Vidhya niketan school no. 2 FBD after the ride is complete i go back to my home then i realised my phone is not with me then i called on our number 2-3 times call rang after that it will be switched off i called the cab driver i told him to check your car my phone is in your car? please check. he said no i do not have i checked my whole car. i also told him that i will report you but he said that i do not have it. after that i track my phone my phone last location was showing only that his car.

Dear team,

Today (20/06/2022) morning i booked ola auto to ride from tambaram to thiruvanchery.

The actual amount reflected in the screen was Rs # 115 and the driver asked me to pay Rs # 200 & i said i will not pay the excess and ready to pay the actuals.

The driver requested me to cancel and i said if i cancel the ticket i have to pay in the next bill cycle and finally post 15 mins waiting period the driver cancelled the ride and it's

showing that cancellation charges Rs # 15 and To be paid in the next ride # rs # 15.

I didt understand the process on this since even in a lot of cases the driver cancelled the ride and also why the customer needed to pay the upcoming bills/ride.

My suggestion u dont charge the amount. If u willing to charge then u may collect from the Driver.

Dear customer care of ola services. sir,
the day ola services introduced in vizag city we have been useing services -- no problems of cash payment to drivers -- as they as respectable to us .

as tribunal judges a.d.r law arbitrations -- since two rides cash payments drivers not accepting instead of we are beging them to accept. next messages with threatening payment not paid penalty will be imposed like --- ??
we searched office by engaging auto and went to office marripalem there manger never found --kishi job and office staff watts apps games playing and telling us not to come and go home as manger when comes office will be informed -- and he will talk with us on phone . we are hunting him on phone than he phoned as office promised . the manger finaly phoned and informed us geis concerned and go to customer care office gurudwar vsp
we spent 800rs/- on auto to search customer care office . finally he phoned 30-11-2022 he is going to kakinada and when he return he will see into it or when possible he will go to our house tosolve issue . it is insult being tribunals we want to file deffermative case in court for such treat messages -- when we wanted to pay redily asking drivers to colllect to clear payment by rides -- but they are also getting on line payment only once again -- hit on operated wound like .

i think better remove such manger and staff from office and appoint who can act responsible . they can not say it is not their duty to collect cash payment at office is it not sir .

Please check the below message and the attached screenshot, while completing the incentive but less amount credit in my account for the offer amount for Example

1- When i complete the 8 orders then will get the incentive amount Rs- 80/- but the amount credited is only Rs- 64/- so confirm why the wrong information is given, you can show the incentive amount of Rs-64 so you can give incentive Rs-64,

2- When i complete the 12 orders then will get the incentive amount Rs- 135/- but the amount credited is only Rs- 108/- so confirm why the wrong information is given, you can show the incentive amount of Rs- 108 so you can give incentive Rs- 108 and still this amount not credit in my account this type issue facing again & again

3- When i complete the 18 orders then will get the incentive amount Rs- 256/- but the amount credited is only Rs- 192/- so confirm why the wrong information is given, you can show the incentive amount of Rs- 192 so you can give incentive Rs- 192

4- One incentive is still not credited to my account against Order 12, the incentive amount Rs- 135, and earning incentive amount is Rs- 108 /- for your reference file attached so check and credit on urgent because this is pending since 1 week.

5- The order should be not auto-assigned and show the Pickup location and drop location because rider 90% of the order has been canceled by Rider and Customer, if the drop location show then we will accept the order where I want to go otherwise we will pass the order and next rider will accept the order and Increase the order pass time

It's my suggestions

I took a ride a month back. The amount was debited but still shows pending in app. Have described the issue more than 10 times to customer support, the grievance officer, and nodal officer. They can’t even comprehend the issue and keep copy-pasting generic responses that do not address the issue. The entire team seems full of idiots who cannot READ.

I came to know that my Ola account has been blocked without any prior notification or explanation. This has caused me significant inconvenience since i need Ola for my transportation needs. I have always used the Ola platform responsibly and followed it all terms of service. Therefore, the sudden block on my account is both unexpected and unjustified.

I would like a unblock my account so that I can continue using Ola's services.
