Hello Sir/Mam,

This is to let you know that I have ported my Vodafone number (9874493915) on 28/08/2017 and submitted my documents with UPC code the same day at Airtel outlet to become an active customer of Airtel.

They have already provided me the new sim (sim no - 8991921799982411626U). I have been told that the new sim will be activated within 7 working days, but even after 9 days (as on 08/09/2017) it has not started.

I have called at Airtel customer care and they have called the document is okay, but I still didn't find any reason for the pending approval. I have registered a complaint as well (complaint no - 79244202).

Requesting you to resolve the issue at the earliest. And let me know the status of the same. If there anything need to be done from my end, let me know that as well. I just wanted to resolve this ASAP.

According to staff of airtel my plan has been changed on 3 july without even informing us.Moreover Rs3750 has lapsed and we got to know about this today.This has happened twice. Please address the issue or we would escalate the situation further.

I am Mukul Gupta, General Manager of Dainik Navajyoti, Jodhpur. I am writing this complaint letter to you as I am very disappointed with your service.

We had your CUG connection from last 1.5 years. but due to bad service and no positive response from your executives, now we switched to Vodafone.

It's all started from February 2017, when we were facing the network issue, so I logged the complaint and talked with Mr. Aman Jindal about the same. At that time he corporate well and did all the formalities which required, he assured me that Airtel will provide you a device, I forgot the name but it's kind of router or antenna which will install in our office premise to resolve the issue of the network. For that, he also sent a guy for the field visit.

But after that there is no response from your end, I continuously try to contact him and my HR manager messaged him too, just to remind him, but he hadn't response anything.

So we had to switch, I am so much disappointed with your service and attitude of your executives.
Is this the way you treat your corporate clients? Or for that matter is this right to show this kind of attitude to any of your clients.

Anyways now we switched to Vodafone, but still the story not ended here from last 4 days My HR Manager is trying to contact Mr. Samir Khan for our out standings, as 10/09/2017 is the due date for the payment, till now we only receive 6 bills and 6 are due, so she told him to send the rest of the bills. First, he said sent me the Numbers on mail so that he will send me the details, She did that, but he hadn't response anything after that, then she called him from last two days but he wouldn't answer any of our calls.

Now tell me what to do in this situation. You are provoking me to take some strict action against Airtel.But before that I just want to aware you about the whole scenario and if you can justify me for the whole issue, and compensate my time and energy which I wasted in the whole process.

As in the situation we hadn’t receive the bills from your end through any medium so we will not pay you any amount of our last outstanding.

I will like to block my two lost number 7085862091 & 7085862091. Please help me out someone misusing it.

I raised a complaint on 19th Aug 2017. My issue was unable to connect Data network. When I activate mobile data it’s automatically disconnecting within a second. So I raised a complaint. The agent said “ Give us 48 hrs will Resolved the issue” After two days I again contacted the agent said there is some issue so “Give us 24 Hrs”. Next day again I called the call transferred to Super visor one Mr John, he said “ Give us 24 hrs will resolved 100% and will get back to you”. Due to no response from airtel end again I called next day and call transferred to Super visor Mr Prabhu”, next day ?Mr Chandrashekar, Mr renjith Kumar…etc… I Got only one message “ Give us 24 hrs will resolve the issue. I want to confirm whether the supervisor and the manger know only one word” Give us 24 Hrs?

I am doubt full all the supervisor and the mangers are eligible for that possession. Still today is 10 Sep not resolved the issue. What service you are providing? Why such supervisor and manager you require? Simple issue if you can’t solve then why the hell service customer? Is the agent and the supervisor and the manager are qualified? They are got any training? I am sure that the Airtel customer care is Paka waist. I am shame on my self that I am also part of Airtel. I am going to close this service with Airtel. Last one month I did’t used any Mobile data, and I got a message that your amount is due. Why the dash you are doing there.

I can't use the 4G net. It works as 2G. Some time I can't use net because mobile tower are invisible on my mobile.

My self Naveen Kumar, I'm airtel user last 2-3 years but last few month i'm facing so many problems.
1. I'm not using my internet properly, my internet 4G recharge but its speed is bad done 2G.
2. Poor network calls are disconnect automatically.
3. Costumer care executive is not proper responding properly and not resolve the problem.
So please solve my problems i'm totally tired with Airtel last 5-6 month ,solve my problem another i'm change my sim card to other network.

This is to inform you that i had requested to change my broadband plan into 80 mps speed and they have to commit me to change with in 3 or 4 days they said me to change box also i confirmed but request date was 28th August 2017 my broadband bill number is 01143089755 but it now its in only process and customer care department executive & senior executive are totally ignoring me they are telling lie again and again i have follow up so many times they commit me so many times that today it will change surely but no one called me and they are only ignoring me heads of to customer care departments customer is requesting but they refuse to complete work they don't want to change that plan.

Dear sir ji one more thing on Saturday 9th September 2017 one executive called me at 7 pm he said sir Monday i will come at morning and change the plan surely so i called him on Monday morning but phone was switch of i called him so many times but switch off his number is 7389907462 the i called again to customer care they said today it will change and he was senior manager but they were laying only they didn't send executive then yesterday i followed up again talked to 3 senior manager but they are also laying again and again and ignoring same wording of all senior's, executive and senior executive that in 2 hour our team will call you SIR and defiantly will change plan and this your request is on priority base OH MY GOD, i followed up again again again around 10 peoples laying to me i will send all recording also and you can check through my bill number 01143089755 or my registered mobile number 9911123054 that how many times they called me and how many times i called them. And revert me that why they are ignoring me and not working on that, from 17 days why request is pending.

I want to go now higher authority because
I don't want Airtel connection we have 80 branches and this is our head office now i want to close all the Airtel broadband connection & fix line & PRL Line.

Sir, With due respect i want to say that your customer care executives and your airtel store executives either both of them dont know the policy or one of them is making fool.

On 27th june I purchased a postpaid number of your company. I contacted your customer care executive she said yes the number will be provided to your doorstep and then talking about the plan she somehow agreed that the sum of 250 that we have to pay as activation charge will be adjusted in the first bill. But they didn't stand up on there words.

I still had that receipt (payment of 250) and there is an option of activation fees which is blank but your airtel store(Lajpat Nagar) executives are saying that you have to pay the sum of 250. Currently there are 8 airtel sims that are working in my home. So i would request to look into the matter otherwise i will port all my numbers to vodafone.

This is Wilson from Chennai, Since i am using airtel network for the past eight years my mobile no was 8056140667. i did recharge 349 plan on last month Aug15th 2017and during recharge time i had previous month validity three days spare.

After recharge it shows my validity date upto Sep 15th 2017. on sep 12th 2017 suddenly while calling STD calls my balance started deducted, I check with customer care guy he said this due to technical error so we take a complaint and the complaint no was CWRCH30912274687.

After that i receive a message from aiirtel customer care your recharge benefit credited but i haven't credit anything.

I check with MY AIRTEL App also it shows internet balance upto SEP15 2017.And suddenly today early morning while using internet my total balance 29Rs deducted and then myself speak with customer care guy he told your validity is ended so your balance dedcuted. i'm asking him how come without prior notification how it is possible.. he said your validity ended and i'm asking to take an complaint but he said he can't. after ending that call i'm receiving a message from customer care ref no.CBDMO20914455294.

I want my amount refund and clear explanation. Otherwise can i proceed the same with consumer court.

please let me know.

I and my colleagues who are airtel customers are facing continuous issue with airtel connectivity. The problems are as listed below:

• Frequent call-drop
• Voice break issue during ongoing call
• 3G/4G data issue. Internet speed not good

We are using Corporate numbers. If this problem is not resolved soon then we are forced to switch to some other connection provided by our company.

Additionally, your customer care service no (121) is showing as invalid no. I think you should change your Open Network tag to NO Network.

Hi, my name is diksha and I have a corporate connection of airtel postpaid. As I was travelling outside the country for couple of months but my airtel postpaid connection was still in service and the I paid the bills on time. But just one I couldn't pay my bill which was around rs 1300 and without any prior notice my connection was suspended. The day I came back to india since then i am talking to customer care executives and many times I visited airtel offices as well, still they are not reconnecting my airtel no. They don't even provide proper information and keep on changing there statement every day. They keep me hold for 30 to 40 mins and even after this much effort they didn't start my number. I am proving my conversation details and hope my problem will be solved soon. Interaction id is 2534692573, 2534685173. I talked with two people and their names are as follows - ravi 2534646929 and the girl id is 2535581301. I am being mentally harassed by the way customer care executives response. I hope my number will be restart soon with anticipation - diksha, Delhi.

I never requested you to activate any value added services. Still, at least on 5 occasions money was deducted from my account without my consent. I approached your outlet at City Centre 1, Salt lake, Kolkata. One Mr Sandip Roy there told me that there is no scope for registering complaints. Following his advice I am sending you this mail with the hope that the matter will be taken care of and my money will be refunded. please give me feedback regarding action taken.

I recharged my mobile number 9940558641 on 15th Aug 2017 for a data pack of Rs.53/-, payment got debited through my HDFC debit card but Airtel gave an error message and asked me to wait for an hour to check whether the payment will get updated. After an hour, I once again made a payment through net banking and got my pack activated, there was a message from Airtel that the failed amount would get refunded in 10 working days. When I contacted customer care, I was told that two payments have been received ,but refund was not initiated, the executive passed on the call to a higher executive, he contradicted that only one payment was received and asked me to send a screenshot of bank statement to this customer care email Id, I am still awaiting refund. Very poor customer service. I am thinking of changing the telecom operator.

I had applied for portability from Vodafone to Airtel for 9953323450. I had received sms from Aitel on 14th Sept that your request has been approved and put new sim ( provided by executive) after 23.50. I inserted sim by 00.15 , but no signal is reflecting.

I had called your customer care number, Even after 45 minutes taking my on call and hold, they did not provide any solution, the executive misbehaved with me and asked to contact local team for it. He confirmed that number is active from back end, but why signal is not reflecting, it is not his job. I checked by putting another sim, signal was there with new sim. So it means that it is issue with sim (that ws provided by your executive for portability) or back end system.

Now, my Vodafone number is off, your number is not operational( not showing any signal) , I am feeling cheated by opted your network. Please ask your team to provide me solution faster tomorrow by 11am.
