Even though i have sms balance but showing sms sending failed every time.

Post paid bill generated on 27.08.2017 not yet received so far. No response from airtel company. Steps to be initiated to send bill to my registered mail immediately .Calling daily for the last 04 days but no body sending.

I am airtel user and my number is 8736933000. i did 198 recharge on my number when i saw a flash sms offer 198 all calls local &std+1gb data for 28 days but i did not find data & 28 days tariff validity. plzzzz active my 198 full offer on my number 8736933000.

Hi, I had an issue with my hello tune service, so I called the customer care number, response from the executive by name "Siddhartha" was very rude. First n foremost he's not able to or eligible to solve my problem, second he has no basic manners how to speak to a customer. He was rude over the call n he disconnected the call while I'm still speaking.

"AIRTEL" please don't spoil ur BRAND & SERVICE by appointing such irresponsible, irrespective candidates, else kindly request you to train ur executives well before they handle calls from customers.

According to my friends i have changed my sim from JIO to airtel. I have recharged 399 data pack but the availability of network is too poor so that data couldn't work every night....even in daytime. Rs.399 is totally lost....who will affix this problem. Airtel network is in a condition which i hv never expected. So poor network even data symbol cant be shown in the screen. i am letting 1 GB data pack free everyday. 7085539242.

I recharge 399 for unlimited call & unlimited data 3g but internet not loaded (not working).

Your open network airtel not working in Gurgaon, Rajasthan and UP. Then how is it India's best 4G network. It is not working continuously, I just dial one no. Is seen call ended. Also customer care are do not receive call & not give reliable response. I think airtel is last of all network.

Payment auto debited from credit card on 26.08.17 already done payment on 24.08.17. Kindly refund my payment once you receive your end.

I am very disappointed with your service. I have done recharge of rs 399 for 84 days from my Airtel app but I have got recharge of rs 399 for only 28 days. I am not ready to afford my loss because of your inconvenient services. I want my loss get refund by any means. My daughter has paid Rs. 300/- to one retailer for getting recharge of her mobile no 9910884813. He has asked pay world to transfer you the above amount and they have done which is confirmed by Airtel as per their transactions I'd no. 10018788382 but till yet it is not credited to the account of my daughter. I tried to talk to customer representative on 198 but not getting him on line since 01.09.2017. Pls help.

Since we got Static IP for our AIRTEL Broadband connection a couple of days before and the port are closed except HTTP port. so kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Account Number is 7028746559 and connection number is 0422-33689507.

I informed wts my problem in previous mail, i am not satisfied with your customer care and your service because of u charged me roaming charges for incoming calls also from one year on wards. Ater recharging 399 also your company didn't provided STD calls to me, for std and calls again I paid charges. So i want to port from this Airtel network if you are not providing me a free offer and free talk time at least some balance.

I have not request any additional services but airtel network add NDTV news without my request and cut my money 3 times. This is very bad.
