Data and balance deduction
My 450 mb data and main balance of rs.130/- has been deducted on my mobile no.8983826180. And customercare are not receiving call from this number. I have call customer care from another number once,the executive mr.sagar had said that they should only return rs.100 in next half an hour. The money not received. Again I tried to call them,they had blocked that no. I called customer care from another no. Now mr.vaibhav said the same thing that rs.100/- will be send in next half an hour. The money not received. Again I had called them,they not received the call. I called customer care from another number,now your executive said the same thing as before rs.100 will be returned within half an hour.at this time also not received. I only use what's app and Facebook in my mobile and i have only opened my data for 5-7 minutes. In this time I have only received my 15-20 whats ups. And you had charged me 450 mb data and 130 rs for this. I am very disappointed with you for this. I request you to please return my main balance deducted by you and also please check the technical problem why I had been charged for the same. Please contact me and please solve the matter.
Refund my money
I began to call the Customer Care on 27.12.2016 asked the std or local unlimited amount of how to put the thing, but the amount of 256, then told someone uttered not only for Maharashtra is free and only charge everywhere Bucky take my money and give me back.

Very bad experience with Tata Docomo
Dear Tata Docomo,
I am suffering a problem from last 2 ½ months, please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
Your’s Executive are not helping they don’t want to do work, please solve my problem otherwise I will make a big issue for all of you.
I have take a new Handset on October 2016, My sim cad was in CDMA I have just convert into in GSM your’s executive has given me a wrong information. If you are changing the skim from CDMA to GSM you have to do portable (Billing), but I don’t was portable plan he told be if you will do billing in that case only you can convert your Number into GSM, that why I have don’t it into billing. But after some time I got a call from Tata Docomo call center I told that girl about all the situation which is about, but she told me it is not compulsory to do on Billing.
After then I have co-ordinate to your customer care they are not responding to be, I have submitted by document to convert in to prepaid but they have not taken any action and they rejected my form, Even on Monday 26.12.2016 once more time I have gon to submit the same but they have not given any good reply, Now I am just requesting to all of you revert my money which I have played to Docomo as a bill and convert my sim from Billing to Prepaid as soon as possible. If it has not been done Definitely I may a big issue for Tata Docomo.
Even I have make a complete about that person who gave me that wrong information (Varien) he is working in Mumbai CST in Fort, but not a single action has been taken, make sure do something other wise I will sure do something about your company.
Revert as soon as possible. & Please find the attached Document which I have taken to your Docomo gallery and they have not taken. It’s the last full and final time I am requesting to you convert my Sim from billing to Prepaid as soon as possible, and one more thing now I will not visit your Docomo gallery becoz already have visit two time. Postpaid to prepaid change
Hi, From last 3 years I am using docomo postpaid service but I need to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. My city not having any docomo outlet. So I will stop my docomo service.

Roaming charges on datacard
A roaming charges of Rs4504/ excluding service charge was charged with the bill of Dec 2016 on Tata docomo no8109007915. I contacted Tata Docomo local Office at Indore for enquiry & waival of roaming charges on data card since this plan was under 6GB 3G data limit & then unlimited 2G data then how roaming charges on data uses can be charged. It is also clarified that data card was used for only 2days during visit to Kerala.The connection was also discontinued since 15-12-2016. I have make the payment of monthly charges. pl waive the illegal roaming charges & till settlement of roaming charges keep the connection discontinued. As I am not using the data card & it is remain dis connected since 15-12-2016 hence no payment will be done of monthly charges also after bill of 15-12-2016.

Not able to connect ur customer care
I cannot able to connect ur customer care executive, some time suffering low signal therefore the voice not hearing clearly. I am suffering many problems and doubts. pls clear all problems as soon as as possible, urs faithfully.
Wrong or double billing
I changed my plan on 28th dec and I was told that new plan bill will reflect in next forthcoming billing period and current month charges will be as per ur current plan. But at the end of the month I got double bill including my previous plan and my next new plan. I called customer care but it was of no use they told me to write complaint on this page.

My calling plan has been stopped
I have done a recharge of rs 298 on 11 jan. It was for unlimited calling for 28 days. Its last date is 7th feb but yesterday night it was stopped. I called on 198 but they have disconnected my call without any resolution and also blocked me to call again on that. Kindly help me on this.
8446310783 - Refund Requested
Dear Sir,
I recharged Docomo no. 8446310783 (prepaid) with Rs 246.00. First time when I recharged from PayTM, got message as unsuccessful so recharged again and got the same response.
And after some times I recharged again with Rs 246.00 and got successful message. After few minutes I found that Total Rs 246+Rs 246+Rs 246= Rs 738 was deducted from my PayTM Wallet. I recharged again and again because I was getting unsuccessful transaction message.
So I request you to refund to my PayTM Wallet Rs 246+Rs 246= Rs 492.00. Total refundable amount Rs 492.00

What the hell your company doing there is mo 3G network of tata docomo. i was complaint to before itself but no response. i not getting 3G connection only 2G when i call to customer care they tell all costumer cares are busy.

My wifi accont no 991326095 was requested to change from postpaid to prepaid. Pylon communication collected photo adhar card &RS 350 for same. My wifi is stopped and is not activated till date.pl do the needful.
Your customer care office is corrupt
Your customer care office in chhindwara is corrupt he is asking 200 rupee for new docomo Sim card which I am ask him because my number 8109620194. Sim is damaged and break down thats why I want we Sim from same number. please take strong action against your customer care officer chhindwara and provide me new sim.

About uploading and downloading problem
I m using photon max...i m suffering problem of uploading and downloading file, since last 4 to 5 days but still there is no properly solve my problem. is that service of photon max.
Very bad Service provider and customer support
If you raise a complaint from to customer care, they will close the complaint with out any resolution. Network is very bad and you have to daily follow up with your complaint if your luck is good it will be rectified under 1:100. i have converted from post paid to prepaid it almost 90 day i have not yet received my amount back. if you call or mail them no response from them. i have struggled a lot to convert from post paid to prepaid, i have paid excess amount for upcoming day also but one month they have not converted it. i went to koramangala head office i have fought with them after that they are converting. i was totally fed up with their support, they have to learn from AIRTEL how they handle customer problem and solve it.

No network connection since change of sim
My relationship number is 207273881.I live in Whitefield, Bangalore. In March this year I changed my SIM from CDMA to GSM with the original number retained 9243185298. Since this was connected I have been unable to make or receive calls as there is no network. I have a post paid GSM Power 299 Plan.Now I have to pay 300 rupees for nothing.Should I change over to a pre paid plan or cancel this connection altogether? I even tried porting it to another service provider who can give me the proper network required. Could you help me?
Very bad service
I am 6 year tata docomo user. I recharge above 300rs every moth. Tata docomo don't give any good or best offers. Tata docomo is a most beggar brand in india or any other telecom services. Others telecom services like vodafone, airtel, relince jio, idea give 3g and 4g services in resalable or cheap price. But tata docomo is most bad lower brand. I really shame this brand and I salute other best brand. Most most most bad begger brand tata docomo. I give 5* on 1* rating.
