Platinum card complain
I have already complain still my card in not yet terminated and new issue has started i am receiving many calls from your service desk regarding same issue still not solving the problem, kindly terminated the card and intimate me also kindly do the same without confirmation call as i am very tired explaining the same issue more then ten times, my previous complain is blew for reference.

I am sorry to inform you that i have received your Platinum card no: 4377 4866 0921 **** without my demand for the same. I have not yet used/activated the same still i have been receiving bills Rs: 4442/- which is not appropriate. Also i am not interested to pay the same for such card. thus if you wish to terminate the card you can do so.

Kindly also credit the amount for your bill which i will not pay as i dont require such card and i have not used for which i need to pay. This card is a liability which your company has posed on me without my need for the same. I have tried your customer support many times for this issue but did not get any response. Kindly solve this issue.

please refer to my complaints pending with you for week. Your representative did call me but disconnected when i said please record my call. i am not receiving any statement and receiving payment messages when i have a credit balance.

I made sbi card & pay rs.5725.00 for one yr. charge n i purchage onlyrs.550.00 petrol on this card but iam geting a bill of rs.3010.00 outstanding bill how it come so pl. let me know i am paying only rs.550.00 of petrol which iuse why should i pay more. if u send me false bill i will not pay. so clear it when i made my card the agent told me only above fee nothing else it is not possible to pay extramoney sorry sir you can cancelled my card iwill only pay which i use. thanks. raghbir singh dewgun.

When I had visited to SBI Maziwada, Thane (west) branch, the credit card executive was available there for informing details of credit card and fill up form of Credit card.

I was given to understand that I am eligible for SBI Platinum credit card with all benefits, So I applied same.

Later while telephone verification, the SBI caller said I have not eligible for Platinum and having eligible SBI simple click or SBI super save credit card. During call I had informed them that your representative had assured me...for my eligibility and now your denying the same...they just said the representative is a new and does not have much knowledge of card.

Now what should i do?... I am looking for Platinum card only.... further it will affect my CIBIL score. Please improve your services............

Dear Consumer,

Request you all not to use SBI credit card, its a very bad card I say. They are charging for everything. To days I asked for redemption of my rewards points and they said they will be charging for redemption as well bull shit. I am also using citibank credit card and I tell you they are far better and mature in card business. They do not charge you for your monthly spending and SBI is charging GST, cess, education and swach bharat every hell they can put in for.

Please understand, I request you do not use SBI card.

Today (30th Sep 2016) morning I got a call from 8967432184. The person at the other end authoritatively informed that my credit card has been blocked or deactivated for want of KYC documents. He wanted my Adhaar Card Number and also the 16 digits of my debit card. To my query he replied that his name is Santhosh Subramaniam. Again for my query he replied that he is the Senior Manager of SBI Mount Road Branch. I asked him why he is calling from mobile instead of the office land line phone. As a retired Chief Manager of SBT I am aware that there is no such post " Senior Manager" I could easily identify that it is a fraudulent call trying to cheat my card. The culprit will also try many more persons. I confirm having brought to the notice of the call centre. KINDLY BOOK A COMPLAINT WITH THE CYBER CRIME STATION and avoid frauds.

I am one of the state bank sbi gold credit card holder and I serve in Indian Army, I buy mobile from shop by sbi gold credit card at 07/08/2016 . Sir I got the SBI gold card on the reference of DSP account . I deposit the money Rs-9700/-at 15/09/2016at sbi kalangpoong branch darjeeling but by fault your branch also deduct Rs-9185.43/- from my salary account . I also coll SBI customer care for it and they told me we refund the money but after 5 days they cannot refund the money. So sir pleas refund my money in this account no-20056139223. My card no. 4377486599231915 I requested for hard capy monthly statements to my residence which was not done by you. and even soft copies were also not mailed us for the last four months. I was just paying my bills by seeing your sms. But last July bill I have not received your sms also. That is why I could not pay the bill intime. Inspite of requesting for statement many times I was not getting. So please cancel my penalties.I would like you to clear all the charges levied on me as it was not my mistakes so i am not going to make any payments for the charges so pls clear all the charges i want my statement cleared with all the charges and if u cannot do it then do pls discontinue my card. my RMN 9885529033.

I Prakash Chauhan purchased a Lenovo mobile from Amazon company of worth rupees 12999 and the EMI was fixed RS 2253 in 6 monthly equal instalments. There after I placed another order from eBay of RS 3157.48 but the eBay company has failed to deliver the said order and the eBay company wide SMS dated 6-10-2016 sent the request to refund the amount in the credit card statement. As per SMS received on 26-10-2016 a sum of RS 16839 is shown due and minimum amount of RS 3539 is payable by me by 13-11-2016. you are requested to kindly go through the account of my SBI card and rectify the excess amount and clear and cogent statement be issued in my favour and the excess amount as shown in my statement dated 24-10-2016 be rectified hoping early action in the matter .

In the month of Sept.16 your Mumbai official contacted me for card payment& informed that their representative will collect the cheque. Accordingly as told by official I had paid a cheque of Rs.4498/- of all outstanding payment dues. Thereafter I received bill of Rs.676/- at the end of Sept. The said amount is not expected when I had paid all the amount. In the current month through downloaded statement, without making any transactions since 15 Sept. I received statement of outstanding bill of Rs.1271/- which is not agreeable. I therefore request the concerned to please waive the unnecessary charges immediately to facilitate me to pay appropriate amount.
