I received a call from on 23 of feb which was regarding my credit card and was said it was from a sbi call center. they asked me detail in reply for that i told them what they asked but after a while message was received on my cell phone stating that two transactions of 10000 rs are done, then i realized it to be a fraud call. after that i call the customer care and blocked my card telling them everything that happened after that we reported a fir the fir no. is 53933. please look into this matter.

I have been notify that there is fraud transaction happening thru SMS and my account is locked. When I tried to call customer care, I could not able to reach CC executive after 3 call attempts. Each call lasted around 8 minutes. Total 24 minutes has been wasted, I don't even what was happening with my account, by this time cyber hackers will take over everything. I don't know how to proceed. I really want provide 0 (zero) rating to SBI, if possible minus rating. SBI charge for our amount taken from ATM's. but doesn't have enough executive to support us. Shame on SBI.

My name is santosh sehra & i had applied for sbi credit card in the month of june 2016, my app no. is 1917806003129. my card was approved but didn't delivered to me. when i tracked the card it was shown every time that the address was not found so i talked to the customer care service , they advised me to changed the delivery address so i changed my delivery address but again i had not received the card.
further my monthly credit card bill was generated from the first month i.e june so i cancelled my credit card application request as i didn't received the card but my monthly bill is still generating. i also discussed that over the phone with the customer care service. its my request to kindly clear my all bills, so i can freshly apply for a new sbi credit card.

My Name is Shailesh I Rajput, I have done the Payment of 1500 INR on 21st March 2017, from ICICI Bank and have made the payment for SBI VISA CARD (4377486609269970).

The payment has been deducted from my son's account (Tejindra Rajput), Account Number (624401538727) but it's not reflecting in my account SBI VISA CARD. And on everyday I used to get a call from Customer Care informing that have you done the payment or nor?

On 31th march 2017, Due amount to be paid to the bank, But we get fraud by Rs.14,000 which we do not used by us, But i have only paid Rs.3004. It was my EMI of 6month. Due to this fraud and financial problem, I cannot pay the amount more than Rs.3000.

We get fraud by the unknown person. This unknown person trying to call us. While calling to me, on mobile we have seen credit card logo on calllog and this unknown person(frauder) also known about our last transaction of which bank and cheque which as paid. So we recognised him as employee of SBI Bank.

On 14th february 2017, later 3 transaction were made from my card, ie. Rs.5000 twice from paytm.On 16th february 2017, for the next amount ie. Rs.4000, I was asked from OXIGENWALLET.com. In all i was fraud for the total amount of Rs. 14,000. It is my request to Bank, Please rectify the transaction done by this unknown person (fraudster). Immediately On 21th march 2017 have also complaint to cyber crime.

I applied for Air India SBI credit card , as complimentary gift I was supposed to get 5000 awards plus frequent flyer number of air India .But SBI credit card alloted me someone else frequent flyer number and transferred my awards to that number, also the points of my air journey also goes in that frequent flyer number. It's a case of cheating on the part of SBI credit card as well as Air India. No one is borthing about my mental trauma. What the use of giving Air India SBI platinum credit card ??

My card no. is 4726 4279 54560 7653. I started to use card on 12.3.2017 onwads however bill shown in the statement for the R.1599/- on 2.3.2017. pl clarify. Further, why following amount has been charged?

Annual fee - Rs. 499/-
current statement.- Rs.69/-

At the time of receiving card, it was told that no fees will be charged. It is therefore requested to generated new statement for making the payment.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Please note Few years, Back When I received this Credit SBI Card, I use this card & spend expenses, not beyond my limit. Last Month December 2016, I have spend expenses for purchase of Rs. 21,962. From this Due Amount i.e. Rs 21,962, I have converted into EMI i.e. Rs. 16,568, for 6 per Month, i.e. 3,000.

I have started this EMI Scheme, Because I am not Financial strong person. So, Why you are telling me to pay this Outstanding Balance i.e. ( Rs. 14,000 of fraud by an An known person), Please help me, At least try to investigate that An known person (Frauder) by calling me on 14 Feb 2017, He was also knowing the last transaction done by us. So, i recognize him as employee of SBI Bank, But I was a fake call. I have also complaint this matter to Cyber crime, Thane, waiting for their response also.

So, Please help me to Recover this Outstanding Balance, But I will surely pay EMI i.e. Rs. 16,568, for 6 per Month, i.e. 3,000.

In card application tracking the bank is showing only the application is in progress or aproved but please try to show clear status like how many time to take to aprove or reject etc.

I have tried to reach you people over the toll free number, but i never got a proper response. When ever i tried to reach you using the toll free number. The automated message use to say that the date of birth provided by me was not matching with your records.

I humbly request you to cancel the card with immediate effect without any further reminders or
follow-ups.

Since 2011, I am suffering with the SBI card. When I visited abroad & while paying with the card found that card is booked. After many time spoken no action. Request for change of mobile no address. No action. When the card is blocked then how can bill is increased. No body known. Paid all out standing amount. No rectification of civil.

I keep on getting one bill of SBI credit card No XXXX XXXX XXXX 4252. Bill every month gets escalated. also it states that the card hasbeen blocked.I have never received your card nor have used it at any time. I have lodged a complaint in your SBI branch also who informed me that probably some SBI officer may have done so in order to complete his target. An esteemed bank should not resort to such activities. Please look into the matter. Such letters at the residence are bad in taste. I have also escalated the complaint to all concerned.

This is with regards to an amount outstanding on the Credit Card no. 5101 2869 2676 9896, on which charges of interest and penalty is unduly levied. I have not received my statement by post, which I had specifically requested over the phone and also with your offices at Mangalore, Andheri west, and later at Santacruz east in Mumbai. Since I didn't use the Card for a long time and I didn't receive my statement by post as requested as compulsory, for I am not computer savvy and don't own a computer, I presumed I didn't have an outstanding.

My personal request to change my address and telephone number has also been partially complied with my old telephone no. still in record instead of the new no. of 7760515926 provided at your Mangalore representative's office and also to the Customer care. My repeated request to provide me the breakup of the real bill was also not complied but resulted in disconnection of the calls. Accessing through the calls has been torturous as I had to wait over a long periods of 45 minutes as it repeatedly disconnected during the process of conversation.

Since I didn't receive the statements and owing to lack of proper communication, I couldn't fulfill my good intention to pay the actual due bill in time. The real amount outstanding of around Rs.900\- is too small and there was no intention to avoid paying but for the delay and inconvenience of accessing your office personally as I was not computer savvy.

I humbly request you to reverse the extra charges so that I can pay my actual dues and unblock my card to use it in future. Trust you will do the needful and oblige. Thank You.
