Tata docomo 2days ago ive got a message if i Recharge with 156rs i will get 2gb 3g net pack actually i Recharged that day but i didn't get benefits so please help me.

I like to check *123# before every recharge, in that process they given offer for my number 7411377058 (karnataka sim) recharge with 156rs and get 1GB 3G DATA for 60days, Finally after recharging with 156rs got only 500MB that too for 28day! What's this? if you are not capable to give full DATA PACK then don't send messages like check *123# before every recharge and get exciting offers for your number, I also called 121 for customer service they are also not responding well in this issue, Don't fool the customers we are the back bone to your company.

In my request please check offers for my number 7411377058 and give my full DATA PACK with full validity... Thank you! Waiting for your positive reply.

Today i am call to customer care. Call connected with trivandrum. I was a repet caller for 3 times. Because the agents are very well call handling and very good conversation. I am appreciate for them. Congraths docomo.

I had paid the deposit for ISD as directed by Tatadocomo on Sept 19,2016, and requested the ISD facility for my landline phone. Since then I received 3 deadlines for completing the service, but nothing has happened after 72 hours. Is there anybody responsible in the organization that I can contact for this matter. Today I recharge rs62 but without any resion my mobile is total shortage in 229 second 150 mb gone. so please sold my problem my num is 7217400653.

Please make 3g network in Magadi town which distance 45 kms from Bangalore. Most people up and down between this city's and make easy to stay in single network. We had suffered from recharge of two network. please do it fast.

I am getting fake massages from your docomo company for recharge. And please dont send like that masseges.

i recharged 11 rs. For internet data but it not get it change in reduce call rate. i do not want it because it already exist service. so i request company gives data 11 rs i am ten year user tata docomo, plz request conform.

Really very poor service in tata DoCoMo because of no one taking the costumer care call you tired trying for contacting customer care but they are not give response yesterday deduct my 7207217812 50/- I was trying more talking with his customer care but no response

Actually my Balance is Automatically DEducted From my Account 8237867723 of 138 Rs .As i ve not Used internet, bt Still My Money has been Deducted. if this is How ur network work i ll Port my Sim .,to Other network. Your Customer care person has putted my call on hold and cutted,,and also Call is not getting connected to cust care...

i hate ur network , same problem With my frnds,and Family. i need my money return otherwise i hate ur network.

few month ago i transfer vodafone to docomo i clear all pending invoice bill to vodafone and submit receipt to docomo center i submit receipt at two place still my mobile number deactivate more then 7 time i go at both place and they dont have proper answer about this issue and my mobile number not working i have PVT LTD company register using this number and right now number not working and its effect to my business

I have port our no -9462085663 in Tata DoCoMo plan 25 paise minute std Or local . When I am in Alwar
its working as per plan, when I am out of Alwar in any rajasthan area Jaipur its comes roaming indication
and charges also apply.

Kindly check & rectify Plan I think tariff will same in all over Rajasthan.

I cant pay my Bill amount due to change of notes. So pay some amount of bill n some due. Bcoz of my dues, service center call me again n again. Even i complaint to them but they cant understand anymore. pleas stop calls n harassing me also.

Yesterday, i recharged with my best offer-Rs84 Local &STD calls@25ps/min. before that i recharged with Rs68-local on net calls 10ps/min. Today my calls are not charged accordingly. I approached your customer care executive, he did not solve my problem. please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Actually when i go to haryana yours network come with tie up network with idea thats why our roamaing pack not work. we select manually but again its so with tie up thats why our balance cut whenever we Rc yours roaming pack. whats our benfit if we cant use yours network. about your data plan in romaing its also not work. so please tell us whats our benfit even we cant use your network during call, data plan or other plan. its means we fool those Rc your plan, its totally wrong.

I have recharged of Rs. 66/- on 05 th Dec. 2016 but company reduced Rs. 12/- from my account. I have called customer care centre but they refused to return Rs. 12/- to my account balance. They told me I have taken loan of Rs. 10/- from company on 04 Dec. At 09.50 P.m. but after that I have checked I have no such loan taken from company above mentioned day, date & time. I hop you will consider my this request. Thank you.

My Tata Docomo number is 9045002728. My connection is temporarily deactivated. I have contacted with customer care many times and instructed them to deactivate my connection permanently since I no longer require the connection. Customer care executive advised me to pay the bill. I consented and request them to deactivate my connection permanently. But my instruction has not been complied and you keep on generating bill for the month when I am not using and instructed you to deactivate.

I like to inform you that I will make no further payment since it happened due to your lackluster attitude. Today you are calling and threaten me if you are not paid bill than you can go to court (jail). I am shocked due to in hirant me( pressured) and i can go to Consumer court against company.

My no 8699863818. i regularly call day after day. But u again say call you back but no call back. even 3rd time yours senior arun says we call you back but no call back to me. In this day they fool customers and they think we are free. plz take a action against this, if they works properly both of us save time.

I recharged my no. With rs 114 but when i m using its saying u dont have sufficient net pack. its deducted from my main balance as well. when I am calling customer care once they listened my query and again they r not connecting with me from last 3 hours its coming that customer care officer are busy. Refund my balance with 110 and solve the query regarding my net pack or else I will stop using the sim and also i will suggest my group people to change their sim and not to use. If I am not satisfied with your service.

Dear sir, please help how to increase net speed which comes 4 to 8 KB. Many times complained but not resolved. I think port this number another operator/network for better time and money.

Tata docomo is the worst connection I have ever seen. They send message asking to recharge for 200 and get full talktime but whn I recharged I got only 170, to ask abt this query I calld up customer support there person Mr. Pavan code BA****428 spoke very rashly and said if v recharge through online it will be deducted. If u ppl doesn't resolve this issue I will surely file a case for fooling customer by passing wrong information.

To customer care is not connecting & not to connecting permanently.
