Eeco DL 9CAU 1201 car owner Harish goyal. Eeco AC problem, ac not working properly. 2&3 times repair in your company but not properly repair. please repair my ac. My eeco is in warranty period.

This is to inform you that am booked a maruti suzuki swift car from maruthi har car show room kannur. Unfortunately l needed to cancel my order and after that cancellation i didnt get any updation and still i am not yet received my booking amount and they still holding. this is very bad about maruti suzuki and these activities will loose our expectation towards maruti suzuki.

Being very polite sir can u plz tell me why maruti is charging 8630 rupees for service charge. it too much for maruti customer, companies like volksvagen Skoda etc charge this much for service. can u please tell me than whats the use of buying this lightly weight box if u are charging us equally like German tech.......very upset with maruti. Services karnal motors Kurukshetra...... In future I ll see none of my known goes for maruti if u keep on continuing this ..thanku.

Worst service from your dealer.. I meet with an accident on 9/07/16. Front view of my car got highly damaged, within 2 hour i reached too Mhow ocen moter showroom and there they have completed all the formalities and promised me that they will take my car to khandwa road's showroom where it will be repaired. On monday 11/07/16 i made contact with ocen moter where Mr. Mayank received the call and made excuse that on 9/07 wr were not able to take your car to khandwa road's showroom and told that they have delivered car on yesterday too showroom and gave me number of Mr. Ankit and told me that he works on khandwa road's showroom. I made call to Mr Ankit who told me that he is on holiday from 1 week so he can not help me. I asked him to give me another no. to whome i can make contact. Then he gave me no. of Mr. Lokend where a lady picked up the call nd told Mr. Lokend is also on holidays. I explained my problem to that lady where she made me promise to contact me after 10 min giving information of my vehicle. I waited for 2 hr and then i again made a call when she told me that she don't know about my car and gave me no. of Mr Manu Saine who told me tht no astar har reached here. Now i even dont know where is my car and what it is going from.

Maruti Suzuki has broken my trust. I will surely recommend everyone not to buy car of this company.

I put my car on service on 19/07/2016 to madhusudan motors, firozabad, 283203. The car is destroyed by them and they are not accepting their mistake and not repairing my car. If they will not reair my car, I will knock the door of consumer court against the franchise workshop Maruti suzuki unit harassing a loyal customer.

Flood affected vehicle taken for service on 14/12/2015. many more times taken for some problem many more times compliant about service center and bad service but no response, no reply at all. Amount of Rs 265000/ paid for service, my vehicle taken by the service center on 11/7/2016 (before four to five times taken for problem) for same problem. not delivery till this time, i think that many more items noted in the cash bill not replaced so not rectified till this time, Next time any problem to be arises i will take legal action through consumer court exactly, this is information for you.

I own a Maruti Suzuki WagonR (version vxi). It is a 2014 model and I maintain it well. But i have been facing a problem since an year. There is some manufacturing defect in the car and mouse/rat makes its way inside the car saloon. The mouse gets inside the bonnet then makes way into the air passage and then enters into the air conditioner system and fan vents. Every time i take the car to the authorised Goyal Motors Maruti Workshop (Postal Code 173025) where i get it all cleaned. They advised me to put the fan vents on recirculation mode and i do the same but still the mouse/rat is making its way through same passage. I neither switch on the car air conditioner nor the fans because it smells terribly bad because of rat. What is this car worth of if it has so many loopholes in it.

This car is so poorly built that cant even resist a mouse from entering it into its air conditioning system. Kindly provide technical solution for this or else i will have to go to consumer forum for complaint redressal. My contact no. Is 7831985756.

This is to inform you that I have purchased one Alto K10 in 28/02/2015 in the name of (Dr.Susanta Mondal , Add:- 2no. Gharikhana Road, Shyamnagar, 24pgs(N)) and the delivery Date was 1st week of Apr.2015. At the time of delivery the Premier Car World one of the Branch which is in Naihati they promise me to give an Car Cover. I have some my balance in their account also I have paid 100/-RS. to the Manager Name Anup Kela. After several of time contacting with them they are just delaying the service and now they are not picked up my phone.

So this is a humble request if you look into this matter very seriously and do me a favor regarding this issue.

Dear Sir,

In regard above subject vide Regd. no. DL2CAU0395, Chasis no. MA3EJKDISOO52881, Engine no. K12MN1402187, Purchased on 16-06-2014 from Competent Automobiles co. ltd., Lajpatnagar, New Delhi, with Mileage as on date is 34, 314 Kms, Swift Dzire VXI BS4 M Petrol.

We would like to draw your kind attention in the above mentioned car having defective clutch plate problem which is very hard to apply since the beginning. On each and every due services we had requested for the ratification of the clutch and average which has not been done. All services were done at Competent Auto. except one at Master service Master as detailed below.

1. 07-07-2014 989 Kms.
2. 02-11-2014 5025 Kms.
3.
4. 20-10-2015 18,994 Kms.
5. 23-05-2016 29,773 Kms.

Rectification of clutch hardness and low average were the main concern that was informed them time and again but of no satisfaction. while driving with the hardness in the clutch has put me in discomfort resulting in sever left knee and thy joint pain.

Lastly for your information the above car was purchased against exchange of VXI ESTEEM after running for over 2.04 Lakh Kms. without any discomfort ( with average of 11.50 with AC and during winter with 13.25 Kms/Lts ) . Based on peace of mind I once again decided to buy dzire and that to from competent auto. This buy has left me in discomfort and trust.

May I request you to kindly instruct the concern sr. person / department to rectify the hardness in the clutch at the earliest.

then i will tell them to take a baleno which is stylish and also has power.

I bought a Alto 800 LXI yesterday (28/0/016) but Model name is not showing...why does it happen?

I booked my car on aug 13 2016. As i promised by showroom kalyani motors nacharam, hyderabad that i will get delivery in 1 month. but till date there is no response... i booked vitara brezza zdi. by name shaik mahaboob. why u people not responsing can u tell till what date i will get my car. if not i will cancel my booking and i will go for Hyundai creta.

I bought a maruti800 lxi from kotdwar, new model 2016. I notice that there is no ki logo on it back side. so please confirm me about it.

So I confused

I had booked swift vxi on nitin Vincent name on 06/10/2016.I was promised of delivery on 22/10/2016. And then another date 26/10/2016, then 30/10/2016, then another reason another date 05/11/2016, then 15,16,17 ...still going on. Every time I call they give promise on these day your car will be delivered, but still I have not received my car.when I cal they say I will cal u in 10 minutes but they don't even bother to cal back. My car chassis no is 88285. Now they say R.T.O is not passing, sometime they say company don't have that colour. Some time they say production is slow due to biwali. All these excuses are going on.

I am fed up with these people, now they are behaving like local guy. Some action has to taken against them. I mobile no is 7798288468.

This is to tell u that my key of car wagon r vxi no. UP32 FK 1621 has been lost. I have given my car four days ago for the repair of the damaged part. But when i have gone to take my car i saw that my key of car was lost. When i asked about this matter they said that they have send the request for the new key of the car to the service centre at gurgaon in new delhi with the emailed photocopy of RC. therefore i only wanted to know that when i will get my new key of the car wagonr vxi no.UP 32 FK 1621.

Its unfortunate to complaint that i have ERTIGA VDI MODEL. i have purchased it on january 2015. there is major issue related to gear shifting from one gear to another during driving. I have visited your authorized workshop and found that there is issue in synchronizer, gear sifting lock, gear ring and many things. and i am shocked that after running just 43000 km this type of issue is a failure of model and this type of issue should not be happened any how. I have another car of other company and its running around 150000 km and still not happened any issue related to gear or engine or any major expensive issue. so pls do need full to solve this type of issue.

Sir. we brought Ertiga zdi at sb motors rajahmaundry for sandhya cabs. we brought it on last december 23 2015 in the beginning we had a very good mileage like 18, 19 but now we are not getting even 12. and the engine number is d13a-5194893 and the chasis number is ma3fleb1s00358264lf. we are facing lot of problem with the mileage, several times we informed to the sb motors rajahmaundry but they didnt help us with the mileage. so please do kindly look into problem and help us.
