I just ported my mobile no. 9820210534 to Airtel on 8/2/2018, because of value added services were automatically activated on my mobile no, without my knowledge/confirmation. Now same experience, is faced by me, in airtel company. This type of service can not be accepted, and please note, any charges of value added services charged in my monthly bill than, i will not pay the charges, which are not confirmed by me.

Further, as advertised by airtel, fastest mobile internet service in india, i have not found in last 10 days. I complained to airtel on customer care no. & they told me some technical person will call & talk to you. Yes, 3 times they called me but, this issue is not resolved till this moment. In fact, i went to Patalganga M.I.D.C. On 13/2/18, the internet service was not available in that area. It is surprising, how airtel can not start service in industrial areas? Now i feel, i did mistake to port from other company to airtel. Hope, airtel will provide fastest service, as advertised on T.V.

I have kept my phone no 01244076978 in safe custady from 14-07=2017 to 25-01-2010 but I received a bill for cycle 5-12-2017 to 5-01-2018 for Rs. 500+ which I paid on 29-01-2018 again for the cycle 5-01-2018 to 4-02-2018 a bill for Rs.400+ when phone was under safe custady and charges for safe custady were paid in advance. Please satisfy me.

Sir, I have recharged my prepaid no 7357279853 with plan of 148 rupees few days ago. This plan asured me to give full speed data 1gb daily upto one month but I have not got reliable speed of net. Net speed is very slowly almost no net network sometimes. Sometimes H+, sometimes H, sometimes there is no network. Please increase my net speed according my plan.

If u don't take any action then I will port my sim airtel to other company like Vodafone.

For recharging my mobile I have to ask every time for other persons because of your company website does not include Bank of Maharashtra which is nationalised Bank in India in 1969 itself. Dear sir, I am Airtel Subscriber from last approximately 10 yrs. holding Mo. no. 9779054794, which was issued to me at Ludhiana when I was working at Apolo Hospital ludhiana, Punjab. As on today from last two yrs. I am in Delhi with holding the same no. which was running for same address of Ludhiana. On Dated 26.2.2018 I lost my Mobile and blocked the no. on 27.02.2018.

As after loss of my mobile I spoke to customer care they told me same will be issue at any airtel store of Delhi with showing your Aadhar. I went to Airtel Store in delhi Rohini Delhi.But I am not satisfied with their answer to make a visit to Ludhiana for answering the silly question (as they told me you should visit Ludhiana to answer the some question as which no. are are you frequently used) as I am a regular practitioner of Delhi in three Hospitals.I would like to request to you confirm how to get the same no. in Delhi. your early response is awaited with good remedy.

As above said subject there is a service problem in my mobile number from past one month i.e 31 JAN 2018 to Till date. I am not able to call any number and even i am not able to message to any number including your toll free number like 1900, 876 etc. I have not called my family and friends from JAN 31 and even i faced many problem i have mention some of them below just go through this as soon as possible solve.

I have contacting your customer care from Jan 31 but they are not able to solve my problem. They just say we have all active service in your number so better you have to check your sim card in some other phone. I did what they have told me to do like network setting, Message center. Customer care executive told me to take duplicate sim in the month of FEB i had taken duplicate sim card in FEB 4th but same problem with duplicate sim card. As you says Airtel is fastest and best network in any aid what you make but i will tell you that your network is worst so please dont fool the people.

I have visited your Airtel retailer shop also many times they also don;t know what is my problem. I am fed of this problem from 31 JAN. Some of your customer care execute are telling to maintain min 5 RS balance instead i have an unlimited active plan till March 29 2018 and even in my main account have more than 19 rupees.

When i called to customer care they always told me wait for 24 hour or 44 hour or 72 hour. I called Airtel customer care daily or tow days in once but they don't have proper information to solve. Even your customer care executive hangs up their call before solving my problem and even they put me on hold more than 5 min. Some of your executive are some time they are laughing on me. I have mentally harass many times.
