I am having mobile connection of your company having number 9880534519. Please note that I am having Rs.186 net pack at auto renewal process. Last four days I requested to cancel auto renewal process and the same have been confirmed by customer care executive that the auto renewal process has been canceled.

Today I have recharged my mobile connection for Rs.300.00 and I shocked to know that Rs.186.00 have been deducted from my mail balance and net pack for Rs.186.00 have been activated which is not require by me. Kindly deactivate my net pack program and credit Rs.186.00 in my main balance and confirm by SMS.

The airtel customer care services are not at all good. I am trying to call the airtel customer care executive since 3 days constantly as my balance is being deducted without any reason and I want to have all the details regarding it. But customer care service regarding my problem is not being provided to me.

Landline not working since more than 30 days. why very delay i want to surrender that line. you did not giving the waver for flood in chennai also its very bad that time your line more than 10 to15 days not working but you collect the payment that time also what the nature.

You have raised an invoice for 1644.61 in the month of Jan 2016 due by 10.02.2016. This bill was paid by me through axis bank on 5.2.2016 through CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. Once again the same amount of bill was raised by you stating due date payment on 1/3/2016. in order to avoid dispute i have paid this also once again on 29/2/2016 for an amount of Rs. 1645/-. I get a message from airtel
stating that the my bank has refused to make payment to you and was requested to take up with bank. When contacted my bank states that the amount is credited to you. Please advise what I should do in these circumstances.

We are the customer for past 4 years ,but we did not get offer in limted price, recent our plan running 80gp for 3099. before 4 months we have plan 150 gp in less price we wont to activate now soon as soon as your customer suggestion. for continue for process network we want offers.

I am unhappy with your service because from approximately 30 days I did not get the landline instrument by your service provider (Ashwin) which is the head of ujjain, ratlam zone. from 15-20 days i was called ashwin ji, he always said that sir i ll solve problem tomorrow or i ll call u later or sometime he was not answering the call. Firstly i was user of vodafone since 3 years,one day someone call me from airtel customer care then told me if i transfer vodafone to airtel postpaid then i will receive airtel 99 plan, then i made my vodafone sim into airtel post paid. But when i received bill there is a 399 plan. it is very bad to make foolish to customer by telling nonsense. if this is not 99 plan i want to back vodafone.

Today i called customer care then they told me that i should stay 90 days in airtel. what are you doing?? First you people told me 99 plan after that bill sent me and showing 399 plan and forced to stay 90 days minimum ?? What is it?? Plz solve my problem!!

i take connection from puneet (retailer) bhopal, he said that plan of Rs745....12gb at 4mbs after this 10gb also given at 4mbs because my previous connection is bsnl but after 12gb i could not get 10gb data at 4mbs.....plz provide me 10gb data.

My complaint is that I get the bill of Rs 2274 but my actual bill is Rs 1258 it shows that I did not payed my voice activation charges but I already paid to Mr. Ritesh his mobile no. Is 9501220511. Dear sir/ madam, my mobile no. 95007 58275, I have chosen a autorenewal for 32 Rs. Rate cutter on 13.03.2016, the amount deducted on that date. But, that plan not activated for my number at present. I have communicated to customer care now, they inform me that the pack amount deducted but not taken into the account and assure me that pack amount reimbursed to me. But I ask about you have to reimburse the deducted charges for call for past two days and pack also renewed to my number.

Hello airtel, I am having serious issue of high ping in 4 mbps plan.. My fixed line no is 07314098327. My mobile no is 9826625741. I am having high ping near to 100 , 130 ping . My purpose of using broadband is for gaming.. There are many internet provider ,who are able to provide me lower ping .. My airtel plan is 8 to 9 year old, kindly resolve my problem. 1499 plus 14% tax.. (1700 ) is worthwhile for me. Normal ping in other cities on 4 mbps plan of air-tel is maximum 50,55. Kindly solve my ping issue or else I will stop using airtel by this 23. And not only mine but also of 7,8 frnds and relatives .

Dear Team,

I paid my mobile bill on 29th February 2016 and got a payment success email from airtel. Also, the same amount of money has been debited from my account and has not been credited, so cannot be any payment failure. Please refer to the screenshot attached "bank account statement-sandeepa'. However, my outgoing has been discontinued from today morning. Since I have only 1 sim card, I am totally helpless now.

I contacted Bank and I was intimated the payment was successfully credited to airtel account. Now my question is, if the payment was successful, why, on the first part, I got a payment successful email. Secondly, why in spite of my money debited, I have to deal with this mess. I have an international travel tomorrow and I need to sort things out before I fly. But thanks to airtel, I am totally helpless and in a mess.

If there is any discrepancy, please sort this out. Either refund the money to my bank account so that I can pay again else, get my outgoing up and running. I am unable to call complaint because of the outgoing been barred. I am sorry to say, this is something I never expected from a renowned company like airtel.

Please take it up on priority and fix it and right now I am paying for carelessness at your end.

I wish to complaint regarding the mobile tower signals in mahalakshmI layout bangalore are so very poor that we are not able make or receive calls. Its so bad that we have to come outside the house and on to road to make or receive calls. U may have to urgently look in to the matter as its becoming worse by the day.

I am an airtel user having mobile no 9166088575. My billing period for the given number is 17th-16th of every month and I had 2G data plan till 16th March & on 16th night I have requested for de-activation of 2G plan & opted 3G data plan and on asking about charges of 3G plan I was informed by customer executive that 3G plan data charges will be added up in next month's bill, but when I saw current month bill the charges of Rs.250/- for 3G plan has been added up in this bill only. So being not my mistake, kindly adjust this amount of Rs. 250/- in next month's bill.

Greetings, Recently during November to December 2015 due to heavy rain my Broadband connection was not working and i cant able to pay the bill also in the bill they have charged the late fee amount which was not at all acceptable. Request you to kindly wave up the total bill charges and late fee charges till now immediately before i quit from your connection.

Important note: for three years there was no speed increase in my area and airtel was lying they will do it. I AM GETTING ONLY 2MB SPEED WHICH WAS NOT FIT TO DO ANYTHING WITH THIS SPEED.
