I want to chng bag of skybags it had torn itself.

One wheel of the bag is damaged, very poor product. I want the bag to be replaced.

VIP suitcase is of bad quality, didnt expect from the company.

मेने एक महीना पहले aristocrat bag खरीदा था ।मुझे बेग waterproof OR water resistance बोल कर दिया लेकिन बेग मे पानी जारहा है rain cover लगा कर भी. मेने इसकी शिकायत distributer OR helpline दोनो पर की लेकिन किसी ने मुझे सही जबाब नही दिया

One wheel completely worn out.still on warranty.company declined that photo not shown any damages. Picture is very clear.
