I purchased a school bag of your company from shop address : The Lyallpur Impex, Shop No.4A & 4/4H/1, Ground floor, Ch. K.C. Complex, Jawala Heri Market, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi - 110 063 for my son. The quality of the bag is very poor. The handle of the bag has torn.
