Bag quality is bad
I purchased a Skybags footloose router 4 laptop backpack but it skybags logo is damaged. i purchase this bag on 14 Sept. 2018.
Unsatisfied with the product and customer service
Dear sir,
I e purchased skybag from a showroom in dehradun, and it was damaged in first outdoor visit . I submitted it to vip showroom in Pacific mall dehradun on 16 Jan 19,they assure me for best service and havrevert back but got no reply after 15 days when I phoned him they told me that bag is fine and just don't put too much load and roll it in smooth surface otherwise have to take it on your shoulder.
I am totally unsatisfied with the product. i have great faith in VIP BRAND but it was shock for me to find such product.
