I have booked 6 train ticket many times but ticket status was not booked. Pls clear my booking issues - Thank you

I have booked the following tickets from RMM to TPTY - (i) PNR 4860715172, Train No. 16780 / RMM TPTY EXP, THIRD AC (3A), in the name of SWARNA KUMARI, F-52, RAC /11 RAC /8, Transacti on ID: 100003826741071, booked on 08-Dec-2022 14:45:01 HRS. (ii) PNR -4240395041, Train No. 16780 / RMM TPTY EXP, THIRD AC (3A), in the name of (a) B SATYANARAYANA, 43 M, RAC /7 RAC /4, (b) B LAKSHMI 39 F RAC /8 AC /5 (c) K LATHA 41 F RAC /9 RAC /6 (d) K CHAITNAYA 11 M RAC /10 RAC /7, Transacti on ID: 100003813550027, booked on 01-Dec-2022 14:33:57 HRS.

In the particular case refund has been received an amount of Rs. 2290/- due to train cancelled vide - PNR 4143323533 16780 / RMM TPTY EXP THIRD AC (3A) (1) B SRINIVAS RAO 45 M WL /25 WL /8 (2) B LAKSHMI 40 F WL /26 WL /9 MANDAPAM (MMM) to TIRUPATI (TPTY), Transacti on ID: 100003932574234, booked on 31-Jan-2023 14:21:25 HRS.

Above mentioned PNR from RMM to TPTY is also cancelled but amount of refund is not received in the account. Please treat the matter as most urgent.

Please furnish detailed procedure to join train at an intermediate station other than starting station from where the confirmed ticket has been booked thru IRCTC account.

How can i find my username and password? if i register a new account,i hv only 1phone number. then how can I login with same number.

Last week create my irctc account and also book my tickets, but now it shows 'user I'd disabled'.please activate my account.
