I have account on IRCTC but when i will open in IRCTC apk so that time show account verify but i did not come in mobile OTP and email OTP. so please do this procedure and provide me OTP. thank you.

Sir i have a irctc credit card and want to add my loyalty points, but due to mobile number mismatch it is not accepting. When i enter my new mobile number it is showing that it is already in use like this screen shot attached.

I have cancelled a ticket bearing PNR No - 8708927213 on 13th November 2018, Refund status showing - Refunded but it has not yet credited to my Account, so kindly provide me the Reference Number, Refund Id abd mode of payment to my bank so that i could take further steps.

It is find very difficult to open irctc web side. I could not do reservation online. I have to go to ticket counter for reservation every time. Pl. do the needful.

Old website is better than this website. Unnecessarily money cutting without my permission. and we dont know how check my booked ticket transaction and printing is also difficult.

On 08/12/2018 I have booking train ticket by using the bhim upi app then amount is deducted but there is no msg of reservation of ticket. so I want to refund my amount sir.

I did not booked a train ticket using my credit card but the amount was deducted by IRCTC. I want my amount to be returned back. The customer care number is not working... how do i proceed?

When I booked ticket via tatkal on 20th dec 2018,transaction was failed and status was ticket is not booked,but amount is deducted from my account.As I saw the Refund of failed transactions where payment is deducted will be credited automatically in 3-4 working days. Till it is not refunded.

I have booked to and fro tickets for Pune 04 th Jan and 9 th Jan respectively and I have paid for the tickets from debit card.For some personal reason I have to cancel both the tickets.But till the date I did not get the refund.The PNR no of the canceled tickets are 6120701175 and 8310988274.
