My name is Laxman Rao and my irctc user ID is Lbdt6446. On 16 Oct I have booked a ticket from jodhpur to secunderabad. But ticket was not confirmed so it has cancel. But money has been deducted from my Account. I have complained to customer service lot of time, they have convinced to me your money has come back to your account in 5-8 days but after 13 days passed money not coming back to my account and therefore I humbly request to you please refund my money soon to my account.

I had booked tickets from Kannur to TVC on 22634 Nizamuddin to Trivandrum Express on 4 Nov18 and the trainwhich was supposed to artrive at Kannur as per schedule in ticket was 19.55 but passed Kannur at 17.17 without any intimation and was unable to catch the train. On discussing with Station Superintendent he was helpless and asked to file TDR but it is not possible in site. There are many families including a pregnant woman at Kannur station, families with children are waiting and unable to travel due to the irresponsible scheduling of Indian Railway. We are in dilemma to make a decision what to do? bcos tomorrow is a working day and has to report to office at 9 am.

Balance not refund and customer care number is always busy.

I was booked a ticket in my irctc site in16 Oct 2018 for journey date 21 Oct , but ticket was cancelled . This was informed me thru SMS aur email. My cancel transaction ID is 100001484292725 But the refund has not been made yet. Pl refund the money.

Very bad impression on irctc because we have booked ticket through irctc my tr.id is 100001505620616 Rs 3440.00 was deducted no ticket has been done. Customer care irctc no properly behaving what to do any one plz guide us.

It is displeasure on the part of irctc.while linking my Aadhar with my I’d gvenkamma my I’d was suspended. Why it is suspended I didn’t know. I request the authorities of irctc to restore it. I a retired government district level officer.There is no point of suspension of my I’d gvenkamma. please do the needful.
