I am gopi an senior citizen booked second class AC from Tirur to yeswanthpur by train no 16528 on 12.03.2019 .but the said coach has been cancelled on that date and allotted 3 AC birth. But I have tried to get back my refund amount from irctc. As the voucher provided by the concernd tickets checking personal. Voucher no 074085 and pnr no. 4566114880.kindly refund my difference of amount.

I booked a ticket in the train 07149 Sc KYQ SPL from BHC to KYQ . date of my booking was 09.03.2019 with transaction id 100001721756383. The amount of RS-1840/- was debited from my SBI account but my ticket was not booked . but still now the refund amount has not been made yet. please refund the money.

I am Lalitha Subramanian returning from Mysore by Chennai Express 22681 by S8 sleeper coach having PNR No 4810640662 seat no 41 and 44 lower berth, there were hardly 6-7 passengers with around 4 ladies. From Mysore a miscreant travelling with us sitting at the side lower berth was misbehaving with and not having confirmed ticket at around 12 we shouted at him to move to the empty seat elsewhere , when he moved to a place where another lady was sitting and misbehaving with her who got terrified and on my showing signs she came and joined us.

The miscreant moved to another seat near the door where a lady with 2 small kids was travelling. As there were no TTE nor any police protection a railway official came around 0.30 hrs near Mandya station to whom I complained about the miscreant and I asked for police protection. The miscreant immediately took his luggage containing a pink bucket and one carton and went to the next coach after seeing the railway official. The whole journey till we reached chennai we could not sleep inspite of our reservations and our tickets were never checked as we wanted to lodge complaint with the TTE and ask for police protection in a desolated coach for ladies , so that any mishap to take place. I request your kind self to look into the matter and do the needful for future lady passengers.

Very bad customer service, Call center guys never pick up the phone, no one replies to email. They should rather shutdown these fake number instead of fooling customers. too same to irctc bigger organization to i ticketing. don't miss Gide public for fake customer care number.

Very bad service and also process to get irctc code and password.

I forgot my password..I choose the forgot password option but OTP not received in my Gmail..i also try the new registration but not yet completed.. customer care people not giving proper information... please give me a proper solution.

My irctc user ID is Chhetricha. I have tried to book a train ticket from Gorakhpur to Kalyan (Mumbai)(date of travel 19 Oct 2019) on 02/09/2019 at 1152hrs through this ID.

My Account has been debited of Rs 688.19 (through receipt BIL/001789788165/R)from my ICICI bank (AC No 015101594804) but rail ticket not generated .I have approached in my concern bank that advice to approach in IRCTC.

Hence, in view of above you are requested refund the said amount ie Rs 688.19 in my above mentioned account please.

For your further necessary action & credit the amount please.

The new format is giving too much trouble. in earlier version i.e., 1/2 years ago i regularly booked tickets via this portal. but now despite having my user id an password I can not open or book. I even tried to register a new password . even that also did not work. kindly make this site user friendly otherwise individuals can not use this site for their need.

I urge on the Indian railways to look into the problem. It appears that the system is helping the agents and not the individuals.

Tickets Booked for Train No. 12503 AGTL HUMSAFAR on dtd.12 Dec.2019 PNR Nos. 4465629792, 4365514502 & 4365515139 from GHY to NKMG But due to Strike all Trains are Cancelled & Inter net Service Stoped from 12Dec.2019 to 20 Dec.2019. So I Couldnot submitted any Complaint. Kindly arrange to refund the amount.
