Train source from jodhpur to dest raipur we booked a ticket a month ago sudden of i moved to jaipur my collage bcs of my exams. so at mrng train no 18244 i traveled from jaipur. my ticket was booked nd Tc came to me and he said your absent bcs u didnt come from to your source. so i requested to sir plz that i have confirm seat in 2ac, plz allow me to travel on my seat tat cost of rs 3000. TC misbehaved with me nd he shifted me to in sleeper and he allotted my seat to another customer, who didnt have ac ticket and Tc is still allowing him my seat. i am not comfortable in sleeper sir so i am kindly requesting u to plz cooperate with me. i m not feeling safe in this train and from morning 1Tc is changed both the Tc were no having there name batch.

I have booked four tickets to Delhi from Mumbai in the month of May 2018 for two different trains then I cancelled my ticket on 9/5/2018 pnr no 2507799715 amt is 8940/- and pnr no 2607800913 amt is 8740/- please refund my money for these two tickets.

The old website (irctc nexgeneticketing) was good. The new website is rather confusing and not at all customer friendly. For heavens sake p. revert to the old system.

when I wanted to book tickets through IRCTC web site it directs me to update my profile.However when I entered my mob number it informs that about OTP sent to my mobile which comes after long delay say more than half an hour.Once i enter the OTP it says it failed to update.I am penalised for the delay in sending OTP by IRCTC.

Help line numbers given getting is next to impossible. How to over come this problem?
