If ur using Airtel network, please port to another network. Because it is one of the worst network I ever experienced, it is always lagging and irritating while using the internet. And don't make a call to customer support or care, cause it is another time waste process I am facing the problem last two months, till now no updation has considered

I've recharged my mobile numer 9786355898 for 349. I was not activated with Amazon prime membership. Called Airtel customer care. They said my number is not eligible for Amazon prime membership. Am also enclosing the screenshot of the payment as well as Amazon prime screen shot. Please do the needful.

Firstly appreciate your service of making the sim delivery at our door step. it was very convenient and the person took lot of efforts to get the process done. I was told that the phone will start in max 4 hours, now almost 20 hrs has passed.

I have paid Rs 500 for 497 plan of prepaid new sim got the number 8450960585, simcard and it has activated but has no balance yet in it . we are tryng to reach the lady who had called to inform about the representative who will come to deliver the sim but we are not getting any answer from the lady. she is not receiving our call. we told us to sms amount we paid and number selected then she will recharge but we have not yet recd any msg from airtel the sim is presently not operational. kindly do the needs full. we are trying to reach your representative on bellow number 9892337762 who handed the sim and we paid the money.

I recharge Airtel prepaid balance @₹ 479 /56days.
In this recharge, Show me additional benefits are Free Hellotune . But winky app do not allow for free Hellotune . For premium suscribe ₹ 19/month. My question to Airtel why you show free Hellotune & others benefits @big recharge.

I always have to bear voice cutting problem. Internet speed in airtel service is also a big issue that i always faces. Please fix it.

I mean just the worst service I can that i got from AIrtel. Its been only 10 days since I took airtel broadband connection and lost connection on 15 th June 2023. Today is 17th June, I have been calling the Jamshedpur team and they are like we dont take actions untill its online or complain on 121. Even though my complain has been locked there has been no action taken to fix it. Airtel is the worst service people can get.
