I have booked a ticket online for my journey of 22 April 2019 from Vishalhapatnam to Port Blair on 21 April at 1601 Hrs. I opted for Bank Transfer option to pay and paid the amount of Rs 8762/-. The amount was deducted from my State Bank of India Account (Transaction Ref: QSBI7462144378IGAFYYMRT9). The amount was transferred to 31623741769. However the ticket was not generated.

I booked my daughter's return ticket from Kannur to Delhi on 5th October and return on 13th October. PNR got generated and payment got deducted but ticket could not be generated. Pls refund the money ASAP.

I have booked air india flight no AI469 booking reference J511K from delhi to raipur online through air india mb app but due to some reason ticket was cancelled on booking counter on dated 13-10-19 but its refund is still awaited. please guide me about refund procedure.

I booked a flight on air india on 26.09.19 for journey from Guwahati to Delhi for date 29.09.19. However due to some reason i could not travel on the given date and the ticket could not be cancelled too because of poor network connectivity. How do i request for refund? On 24th October early morning did booked ticket from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam to travel on 01st November with Flight # AI952. Payment got deducted but ticket confirmation not received till now, Just contacted customer care, they provided me with PNR # JJE9T and advised me to write a mail to ecommerce to generate the ticket.

I sent four times mail to e-commerce so far no one acknowledged my mail and not replied. Also contacted several times customer care they don’t know what is the process. Have no idea does any one looking at emails!!

Appreciate your earliest reply with confirmation to plan my travel.

I have booked a online air ticket through Air India official website on dated 07/11/2019 at timing 3:12 pm from Jammu to Leh by AI 450 for the date 10/11/2019. I opted for Google pay payment option as it costs Rs.4458. The amount was deducted from my Google pay id (garsenal459@okicici) .The amount was transfered to Air india account (billdeskpg.airindia@icici).
There occured a problem in internet connectivity and internet stop functioning while making transaction . Now amount was transferred to Air india pay.Neither i recieved any email nor ticket was generated.
Upon speaking to customer care on same day, they said that PNR was generated and cancelled due to some error and payment deducted.
It is requested that deducted amount refunded to my J&K bank accuont no.:0321041000000552 ,J&K bank talab tillo Jammu...

i stay in DUBAI and I have cancelled a ticket from DELHI to DUBAI passenger name MS. RASHEEDA BANO on October 28, 2019. But I didnt get my refund yet (approximately 50 days).
