About rescheduling my flight A1020 to A1764
It is ridiculous to find that the flight booked by me on 4th Mar,2015 from Delhi to Kolkata (flight A 1020) scheduled to take off at 2.15 PM has been changed to flight 1764 to take of at 5.00 PM without my consent and prior knowledge. I am informed just today, just 2 days before the scheduled departure. It is simply unacceptable. I had booked this flight for shear my convenience, and to my prior fixed programs. I can not afford to change my schedule in eleventh hour so you are requested to reschedule the flight to prior one and inform me immediately.
For complaint about flight inconvenience
The lights and TV were not working at all during whole flight of 14 hours from jfk- USA to Delhi at 16th August. we were also not served Jain food which we ordered before. The same experience was with the flight of Delhi- JFK- USA at 19 th June.
Agent online shoping through my account
Sir, on date 7/9/2015 I book air India ticket from Imphal to Delhi by AI890 flight.due to network problem my booking was declined but amount was deducted Rs 4581. after sometime I try another booking ticket in the same name. of Tokpam Sophia chanu the amount deducted and booking was confirmed PNR NO ZCGM9, In view of that I complain in written through Air India complain email column on website. after 5 minute pretended to be an agent of air India call me and ask my debit and credit card no and expire date and year. And generated OTP PIN and ask me the No and start shopping online transaction msg arrive Rs 2000 & 5000 in continuously. His using No was 918874762427, after I ask about that he switch off the mobile no. so. I remind you that such fraudulent agent should be interrogated and sent back all my money He use as soon as possible. Thanks and regard.
Very bad airline
Air India is the worst airline i have traveled on, they lost my luggage while travelling to Mumbai. They are unable to tack it from last 5 days. Pls do not waste your time and money by choosing it to fly anywhere.
Inconvenience while traveling
On 10th December ,2017 I travelled from jfk, ny to Mumbai. I travelled by business class. My seat did not recline properly. The foot portion of the seat never moved up. So I could not sleep and had swollen feet for 3 weeks. I had asked the air hostess to help me. She tried and said the seat mechanism is not working. There were no other empty seats available so I couldn't even change seats. Why did I pay money for business class when the seat was functioning like economy seat. I need a refund of whatever the difference is between economy and business class.
Terrible customer service

I would like to bring your notice to the chaos I had to go through today and how i was treated by your call center staff who will not care for a customer.
I had booked a ticket for my wife from make my trip. E ticket number : 098-2986663571, PNR number: J27HT . this was a round trip ticket where as this issue happned while she was trying to travel from colombo to delhi. When she reached air port on January 9 she was informed that her ticket was cancelled and she cannot board the flight. I tried my level best to reach your call centers and was able to speak to one gentleman after around 45 mins wait. He informed me that I contacted air india call center on January 3 to check if my wife can fly early as there was an emergency back home. I was told to pay 12k INR which was denied by me . I suggested them that rather than paying 12k i will fly on my scheduled day. I exactly remember telling that gentlemen not to make any changes and keep my ticket for January 9 the way it is. When I contacted call center, Agent who answered the call told me that there is no way he can help me. I was told to contact make my trip for refund. Make my trip agent was on call and he also denied for refund, as per him this was a fault by air india.
When I stressed for a resolution i was told that my call will be transferred to supervisor I am still waiting for a supervisor and now its been 1 hr 45 mins. No one even refreshed hold and explained me the reason for delay.
I feel bad when consumer is left like that hanging.
I have also booked one more flight for my wife for same day morning.
I am only asking to refund me for the flight which i never took and was cancelled because of air india employee error.
