Lost winter jacket
I took the AI102 flight from JFK on 11/5/15, arriving in Delhi on 11/6. I sat in row 52C. When I got off I believe that I left my blue winter jacket. The jacket is dark blue nylon shell with a dark blue and brown checkered lining. The hood is made the same way. It has a full front zipper and snaps in front and on sleeves. I am told that if it was on the plane it probably was placed in Lost & Found at Mombai, A102's final destination. If that is so can you have it placed in the Lost Found in Delhi so that I may retrieve it on my departure on 11/12?
Your assistance will be appreciated. Can you inform Mr Kumar if you find the coat?

Dear Sir / Ma'am,
Please refund Delhi Bangalore flight cancellation. I have contacted multiple time on ecommerce@airindia.in but there was no reply from their end. Even I have chatted online with one of the employee in Air India staff - Sindhu and he provided me two numbers to establish the contact but the call cannot be connected on these numbers (011-24624074 and 011-24624075). Sindhu even told me that the refund has been processed on 17 December 2015 with a deduction of INR 1058 but I haven't received the remaining amount yet. I asked to share the account details where the amount was credited but he refused to share those details as per the policy.
I'm really frustrated with the services of Air India and want to have a solution ASAP. Below are the Flight Details:

Cancellation of tkts and non refund of money
I had booked tickets with air india from Delhi to bhubaneshawar for 2 persons and had cancelled the same due to some personnel problem. it is more than 15 days since i had cancelled the tickets but till date no intimation with regard to that has been sent to me. more over i have spoken to air India for not less than 10 times but nothing concrete had happened.
i had booked the tickets under Army quota. i had sent tow e-mail also to air India e- commerce but to no avail. details of the tickets are as follows-

System glitch for which i have to pay a penalty
I was booking a flight for my old mother on Air India from London to Delhi and after having put in all the details, when I paid the ticket with my card, the booking showed me as the traveller, I panicked and called Air India and told them what happened, they refused to change the name on the booking and said if I cancelled the ticket then i would be liable to pay a penalty, all this in a span of 30 minutes, and when i ranted and raved they just said sorry and put the blame on me that i must have made a mistake. I am a frequent traveller and constantly make bookings for my family, till date i have never made a mistake, how would i do so now for my mother.
This is just terrible and never expected AI to treat one of their country fellowmen so shabbily, never will i ever travel Air India or promote it. Such a cheap airlines, cheating people of their hard earned money.
And I had booked a business class ticket on top of it.
Lost my baggage
I left to Mumbai on 31/12/16 from Prince George on flight 8208 via Vancouver on flight 854 to heathrow and from heathrow on flight air india on flight 130 to Mumbai on the 1/1/17. I have reported a lost baggage claim no BOMA125442 my tag no is AC 734808 and AC 734809. To note that my transit time at heathrow was short since my plane from Vancouver arrived late at 12h15 and my flight from heathrow was at 13.45.
Charged twice but ticket not booked
Money for ticket charged from my bank twice and ticket not booked. PNR NoYDPJ8 and YDPNR. Complaint lodged on 05 Nov 2016. NO reply/ refund sent till date. Customer care a defunct establishment could not help. Request refund the money charged for no tickets by Air India.

I cancelled my Ticket through yours customer care but i cannot received any details for my cancellation Ticket to my mail. Report of theft on flight AI314 on 15 Nov 2017
Dear Sir
I wish to report theft and forgery happened with me on flight AI314 from New Delhi to Hong Kong dated 15th November 2017. I was travelling on seat 3F in Business Class carrying one hand bag kept safely in overhead luggage cabin over my seat. I was carrying USD9900 in denomination of USD100 X 99 notes along with other misc currency in Hong Kong dollars and China RMB.
Upon boarding the flight, I carried on with customary dinner and went to sleep by 12 midnight. I embarked at Hong Kong and proceeded on to my onwards journey to Shenzhen to meet my Chinese supplier. When I opened my bag to pay US Dollars and opened the bundle of USD notes, I found that the top and bottom notes were intact with USD100 notes but the middle 97 notes were changed to USD 1 note. From the very start of the journey starting from my home till I checked the notes in China, the bag stayed with me all the time and only time I did not had eye on the bag when it was kept in overhead luggage cabin. The change of notes happened in flight when I was asleep. Same thing happened with one of my suppliers from China approx. 1.5 years back when he returned from Delhi to HK in Air India flight. I am sure that I am not the only one who has experienced this incident and must be many more cases.
I wish to have this case investigated thoroughly to find out if any staff of Air India is involved or it is done by some passenger. I understand that there is a camera outside the cockpit which records the proceedings of the entire flight.
I had been travelling to Hong Kong by Cathay Pacific and am member of the Marco Polo Club. This is first time I travelled to HK by Air India flight and this accident happened with me. I am attaching my boarding pass and the picture of currency and hope that Air India will conduct thorough investigations to find out the culprit.
Incidents like these bring bad repute to the airlines and act deterrent to use the airline for future travels. I hope that Air India would not like its image to be tarnished like this and would bring justice to the innocent passengers who trust the airline to take care of them and their belongings.

Air ticket generated twice by air india and refused to refund
Hello Sir, I've bought my ticket on Air India website, booking reference H6529, the ticket was generated and paid twice, that mean i have 2 tickets for the same flight, same destination and same date and same seat. I called more than 10 times to the customer care in Bombay and send several emails to ecommerce.airindia.in but still no answer!
I also went to the air india office in paris, and they told me that i have only 1 ticket booked but i was charged twice the price and the person also send an email to Air India with the ticket details, too.
i've called back today and they told me they can't refund one of the two tickets because i have a non refundable ticket.
Sir, how can it be possible to have 2 tickets for the same person, same flight... if the mistake was make by me, then they should asked information about the second passenger!

Refund status for cancellation Air ticket Dubai to Chennai

I have cancel my airticket on 26.11.2021 travelling date was 28.11.2021 due to some health issues I have cancelled my Air ticket, I called to Customer center and called ticket, they said with in 15days I will get my refund amount still know I didn't received my refund amount..
I called to customer center more than 4times no exact situation they are telling. Now its more than 28days, still the refund not happen..
