Within 2 years got TV purchased from Vijay Sales Pitampura Delhi-85,out of order/no picture,complaint no. 55034175, Purchase at Rs. 53000/. Technician says repair cost Rs. 17000/=. Feeling cheated.
Can somebody help.

This is my worst experience by sony india service. I given my 1st complaint of my tv on 13 november, that i have problem in my tv of lining & double image. sony call center advice me to download the new software of tv, i had done, nothing happen tv was same condition, after that i given my 2nd complaint on next day 14 november, then they told me your complaint has registered. In 48 hr engineer will vist,next day sony engineer has came and told me that tv display had problem so display has to replace by new one.Same day i got a call from sony vega service center about my tv they told me they have to pick my tv for display replacement. i said them do there work at my home they said me they can't do they will do at there service center, then i said how will i know my tv display has replace with new one,they said me i will get replacement bill & detail, then i said ok take it my tv,after that they came for tv after 3days on 18th November. After 3days they bring my tv on 21 november, they install my tv & within 5 mnt they gone , at evening when i on my tv after 40 mnt tv sceen was full black no picture only sound , immediately i call to service center engineer who install my tv butt he didn't answer my call, i try him next day morning but same he didn't answer my call after that i call sonyindia on 22nd november.

Next day engineer came and told me tv display has problem so they will again take my tv to service center on 25th november & bring back on 27th november. so this is the way of service of sonyindia to there customer. Now i am feeling i was cheated my tv display has not replace if its replace then how again display has not working. I had purchase extendet warranty from sonyindia , my tv was in warranty. So this is very bad experience from sony i had.

The quality of the T. V is not up-to the mark. My 43 inch LED TV is not working after two three minutes of switching on. The company should be banned from India. The quality is not at all good as par to the rate.

I have purchased sony bravia smart tv in 2017 and now after 2yrs it is showing problem as double image .we have filed above mentioned complain to you and your authorised technician visited after two days of complain and many time request by me. after verification he says that your display panel is not working and it cost Rs 12000/-.and advised to change it. I have paid him Rs200 plus gst. I feels that the brand value is not so good.

I purchase Sony Bravia in in September 2019. And start in 15 March 2020. In18 August 2020 problem arise blinking TV screen that is screen on and off.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE IS MANUFACTURE OF THIS TV IS IN AUGUST 201. Thank God it is in under warranty. How problem arise in in 4 or 5 months. In sony brand tv. I am mentally disturbed. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS BRAND SONY TV.

I am sharing my worst experience with sony, i never thought this type of service from such a big brand Sony.

I have bought Sony smart tv on august 16th 2019 and it was on warranty till aug 16th 2020. I got the issues like tv is automatically getting switched off, display issue, it is taking 5 min to start the tv in starting from aug 1st week itself.

Then we have started call to customer care for this issues, after calling continually 3-4 days the customer people what they did they put our phone on hold for 3-4 hours. Then again i had called, same thing happened again and again. Then i had escalated this issue on 14/08/2020 (061-271-287). Then they called and send 1 person to home to check the tv that time it was on warranty period. So he checked tv papers, there is only 2 days reaming for warranty. So he just told we need video for that issue. Here the thing he just wanted to pass those 2 days which was left for warranty period and he left and then when we had prepared video and again we have tried to contact them.

Now what they are replying “bring your tv set to service center, your set is now out of warranty and if you have brought your set it would be less cost to repair”. I am literally shocked after reading those words from SONY Service center from “JP ELECTRONIC – SONY SERVICE CENTER VAISHALI GHAZIABAD (UP).

As we have started this conversation since Aug 1st week it self when TV set was in warranty so there should be company’s responsibly to take care this things.

I bought sony TV one month back your technician told us that TV is dead because of voltage problem so i called MSEB to check and they told problem is not their they told us if voltage problem would be their our setup box, washing machine , refrigerator etc have to be damaged but all this are going well.
We were not expecting this problems from your company.

Please understand our problems and replace our SONY TV with new one. WE WANT REPLACEMENT.

Sony XB50 Bluetooth Headset without Mic. Online liya tha main jo one years ka warranty tha jo one month me hi ek sound aa raha hai aur. Ek me nhi aa raha hai jo main ne sony customer care ko call kiya tha jo mujhe bol rahe saler disturb nhi hai jo mujhe 10 din se pareshan kar rahe hai aur hamre yahae mujhe use replacement karna hai.

This is to notify that went to repaire my TV on 16-sept-2020 and on 28-sept-2020. i got back the TV in 3 days but on 1st Oct-2020 it got spoiled again. when to the Service Centre Dn Enterprise Meghalaya Shillong on 1-oct-2020 (told me that Another 4000 Rs for repaired of the mother Board already they took 3400 for repaired of the Led tube (fraud repaired i think).

My name Shaista Arif Baghdadi I am from Kurla, Mumbai I have buy a Sony Bravia X75H series 43 inches tv and it has delivered on 7th November on Saturday and till now on 11th November Tuesday the installation guy has not come and they are not attending the costumer call properly. It is a kindly request to send the installation guy as soon as possible.

I bought sony Tv of 42 inch. The employee came for fitting the TV, is very soft and genuine with work and we'll handled the TV, detailed explained about the TV features without hesitation.

This is to inform you that we belong to very middle class family and we bought a Sony Bravia Android T.V (KDL-43W800D) 2 years ago because we trusted your brand but we did not expect that it would get damaged after just 2 years we here thought that a reputed company's (Sony) product will get damaged so early . I know that it is a electronic product it may happen but then also it should have a lifetime of at least minimum 5 years as it is the product of a reputed company , if this thing happens then tell me one thing what is the difference between a reputed brand's product and a local brand's product and also why the hell anybody will buy Sony's product in future .We trusted your brand very much but after this our trust just broke out and scattered into pieces, the technicians are telling that for changing the screen panel it may cost a minimum lump sum amount of 20000rs it also may exceed so what's the conclusion now we have to throw this piece of garbage because without spending more than 20000rs on this T.V we would have buy a new T.V on that range this is really a disaster for this brand.

Again this was not expected from Sony, we are very very offended.

I have purchased sony Bravia tv 55W800D in5 on.28/6/2017and it was no working form 4th Janary2021with Blaring. sony is international Brand thats why i prefer. it working only 3 and half year. what is the benefit to choose international brand, your are also not maintain quality. i am sorry to say to select sony brand is my big mistake. i strongly express my consciousness,protest as common man .
