So many vertical line on Tv display
I have Sony KDL-48W600B (Led TV)(4905524964288). The problem is with panel and Vadodara service center say that your panel cant be replace . They says tht we wll buyback the TV but we cant give you the plane . And Thy says we dont have plane so we ll offer you for Discount on New TV . sir IF i have the money why should i waste time for you i can get new Tv Na . Why should i buy Sony TV. my phone 8200699079.

This is rajeena Mujeeb from kanniyakumari dist, Tamilnadu..
We've bought Sony Bravia LED TV a 2022 . After I've bought within a few weeks the motherboard and panel got repaired. we've repaired by buying a new motherboard for 12,500 rps.
Again after 4months the display of the tv got repaired... we called to Sony customer care and they have again fixed it and even charged us. And now today after 6 months again our TVs display got damaged. So I kindly request you to give me a solution for this.

I have also put the TV bill in the email.
First time my TV broke date - 06-05-2023. I complained, the complaint number is - 74954876. After the technician came and checked the TV, it came to know that the motherboard of the TV is damaged. I bought a new TV and its motherboard suddenly blew up after 17 days.
The TV was in warranty so they replaced the motherboard at no cost on 12-05-2023. Now on 08-09-2023 the TV stopped playing again. I complained again, complaint number-INCA 2300276976. The technician came today and said back that the motherboard had blown.
So I want to ask a question to sony company that you make 3rd quality TV? I don't want to replace the motherboard of the TV anymore, just replace the whole TV. This time you will exchange it back because the warranty of the TV is on. Second time again if the motherboard is bad then the responsible one is to replace the TV. Because this problem has occurred since the first day of the TV.I have paid the full amount of the TV. I don't want to replace the motherboard anymore. On the day the warranty ends, if the same problem comes back, where will I get the money. Please replace the TV. I don't want to use this TV.

TV delivery is not done
Dear Ma'am/Sir,
My Bravia TV (42KDL-W900B) is rebooting on its own. I made a complaint (Service Request-INCA2300231319). Service engineer told me that its processor is having problem. I got TV Exchange offer from Sony Center. I have opted for Sony KD 50X80L. I have made payment of Rs. 61492/- on 11.09.2023. I was told that I will get TV with in 10 days.
It has been 8 days and still my TV is not delivered. When I asked Sony Center, they told me that this TV is not available and it will take further 10-12 days. This is too much time and I can not wait any further.
Pls expedite the delivery of my TV. On online site of Sony Center (Shopatsc.com), this TV is available and delivery is showing within 3 days at my Pin code.
Pls take necessary actions at your end.
