I had purchased SONY 32" LED TV In the year 2012 for 29,000 now 4 months back we noticed that the colours are not consistent on the screen i.e. the colours were mixing in each other. The company service personnel came and declared that the screen has to be changed and it will cost 12,000 rs/. This is regrettable for a company like sony for not providing a product which is longlasting and causing inconvenience to the customer of middle class for whom that product will cost 41,000. IF THE COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY REMEDIAL ACTION THE CO.MUST ACT SOON OR FACE CONSUMER FORUM CASE. PLEASE REPLY AT THE EARLIEST.

After calling and speaking with the repair centre ppl in aligarh regarding the problem that no power supply in my wega tv. The repair centre ppl saying wega parts are not coming so problem cant't be solved. They are not even ready to come and check and saying me to buy new tv...is this the way they work.

Wish I could leave less than a star. WORST customer service I have ever received.It's worst service provided by your service centre in Delhi(ACE ELECTRONICS SERVICES). Very bad Late service. No time management. Bad behaviour.Totally pathetic service. This is not the right treatment for the customer's.

We visited to the service center to get our SONY TV repair but what Happened there was like unexpected by the brand, as we visited they were like we don't hv time to check the issue right now and you have to wait till evening approx 6-7 hrs, like seriously this much time only to check it not possible and after that we forced them tht you have to check they just walked away and said no table is free then we again raised out and they took the TV inside and were taking the useless tine to check it. I mean how you can do this to customer. worst ever!!!

Hey you big brand SONY are you really not aware about what's going on on with your customer's??

Dear sir,

I was a very proud and privileged customer of sony india as I have 2 Sony Bravia TV. But after a recent incident and my experience with sony product i am totally disheartened and disappointed. My annoyance with sony india is beyond any explanation and words. It's so disgusting that you buy such a expensive TV with a view point that it will atleadt work for 8 to 10 years.But my TV started giving problem 3.5 years (NOV2016).There is no picture on the screen only colorful horizontal lines but sound is there.

Model no. KDL50W800D..Serial no. 8519044.

I hope you will find a solution as no one can expect to change TV after every 3 yrs or pay huge repairing charges.I hope you will help us in solving this issue.

Pls do get into the matter as this kind of quality is not expected by SONY.

Don't buy TV from Sony . It will fail any time and cost of service & spare parts are very high. I have a bad experience with the TV which I have brought 3nos.their service is also very poor. I am sharing this for the benefit of others.

Dear team,
First time i felt very bad about sony quality. KDL-43W800D - taken on 12/11/2016 at KPHB-- Hyderabad - Bajajelectronics -- Sr NO:8581254 - product 8D no; 18745501 (Phone no that time - 9989785094). Screen not working and red led blinking 5 times. Approching service person, spares discontinued and not available. 5 years completed so we can't support. Service person told if 5 years below this problem came, new tv will arrange with 18000 rs cost. Earlier my tv is samsung - 8000rs cost - 8 years served. Now taken sony tv with 54000rs cost, 5 years only working. Please support to new spares or exchange this tv and provide new tv about 18000rs cost. Service person told there may be water touched to the lCD due to that picture tube gone. But water should not touch precaution not given in book. Expect positive reply as early as possible thx - Anilkumar - 9703647540 & 950571369.
