I have been waiting to enjoy high speed internet after changing from jio but suddenly after using Airtel I feel like my decision was wrong. I just applied the Airtel Sim a couple of weeks ago I thought it's temporary but at present seems like it's permanent waste of money how do I chat with the customer ASAP There is nothing better like jio jio is better even after the average speed is slower but in all cases it's good in making call - I'm not a jio fan though.

Dear Team,

We have recharged with rs. 3000 for 6 months.. Now we are Recieving messages and calls saying we have penalty and outstanding amount. We have called customer support, they said to drop an email and this will be waived off. Request you to please look into the concern and do the needful and get it recharged for 6 months. We have made payment in Dec 2017 for 6 months. My landline number for broadband is : 01294903319

I have availed airtel basic broadband plan (799 per month) under 3 months scheme and paid rs. 2828/-. by mistake i paid the amount 2 times, one through net banking and other through debit card. both payment have been billed. please advise me in steps to be followed in getting refund of the wrong payment.

The airtel network in my area is really bad. i am not at all satisfied with your network service my all family uses airtel they are also facing issues. i am gonna port my sim to another network and also i am gonna port all my family members sim cards. really disappointed with airtel network. I dont recommend any one to use airtel.

I have a problem with my mobile no 09015343093, which I have not been able to use my 4GB data which is going to expire tomorrow.

Airtel is the worst service provider in India. I have top up recharge of 50.00 but when I make out going call it say there is zero balance, it is fraud of Airtel company. It my suggestion don't select or recharge Airtel and I gave zero star rating to Airtel customer service.
