Dear Sir,
with deep regret to say that your customer service is going from bad to worst, as I have requested them to do the needful, but the answer is only we will do it today, and worst the staff who picks up the call they refused to speak in english. Suddenly I get a call and they ask me what is the problem, and they do not want to converse in english they say speak hindi only, and in the end they say I will send my friend to your place.

A supervisor named "Anand" from Airtel digital TV connection team spoke with a customer in a very rude way. He commented "if the number is not reachable I am not bothered". Now, my question is: how dare he has the audacity to speak like this with an Airtel customer? Is this the way Airtel provides customer service?
My name is Pritam, I have applied for a new Airtel digital TV hd connection. For the past 5 hours 30 mins I am waiting for a technician to set up a new connection. Please be noted, I have called at least 13 times to Airtel regarding the same but it's of no help until now. I have updated alternate phone number along with the registered number but they didn't bother to call on that number until I called them 13 times to inform the same.

Honestly, worst customer service ever received from anybody since 15-20 years.

Requesting to take severe action against the supervisor named "Anand" who doesn't have the basic courtesy to speak with a customer.

Customer id -3013126399-002. I call last 10 hours for no HD channel are coming yesterday I call 15 call today for every call hold on 10 to 20 minutes but no any call revert by Customer care department I do complaint many time to Custmorcare For another customer id are attached in my mobile number but no response by team every call & sms on my mobile phone.
