Pathetic service by d2h videocon customer care. They do not able to resolve a complaint since 15 days. Not able to send their service team to repair/connect even after repeatedly complaining to RTN.

Two years back it was good now no proper management. Don't know why. May be they don't want the customers.

Worst service provider
I think this is the worst service provider I have ever seen customer executives keeping u in hold a long time and dropping the call, issues are never solved which are officially complained, after using 3 connection I will never use this cheap brand service provider.

Very worst service with videocon D2H
Hi,
I have raised an complaint almost 20 days ago to remount the disk and your team took 15 days to arrange an engineer after multiple follow up with customer care and their supervisors. On the very same day I got an error message c-04 and talk to support and as they advised recharged my account. Infact that didn't work so next day ( June 8th ) I have raised a ticket again but it is not resolved yet. When I have checked with support team again they said engineer closed this case stating number not reachable with out my knowledge. Again I have raised a ticket yesterday ( June14th ) they told 24 hours SLA but not fixed , today I have called support and talked to supervisor she told it will fix by tomorrow by max.
Such a worst service which I have not seen so far. The problem is every one says that they will escalate from their end but it is not fixing the customer issue. The Area office number which they have also switched off. I never seen such a worst organisation functioning with out co-ordination with in them.
And also you guys are deducted subscription charge for almost last 20 days with out availing the service. I want this problem to be addressed ASAP and credit the amount back which you deducted and don't expect any money for this repair service .
@ Videocon management - You should seriously look in to your service sector how it functions. Very worst experience !!!!

Very bad staff on customer care on phone, very bad service of d2h. We just waste our time while speaking to customer care. They are not bother to response our mail also . My money is totally wasted on D2h.
