It is very sad that the d2h company always make publicity for package to the customer as mentioed their website whereas TRAI has given facility to the customer to choose their channel as intended. d2h is not transparent, It is very difficult to the customer where to do now.

Two music channels named music india and masti channel hv been disconnected frm 18th of jan onwards which was included in my package. This channel is free to air. So why this channels hv been disconnected. Its truly ridiculous. Customer care is too too pathetic. They dont hv solutions plus they r absent minded. Even they r unable to speak in hindi too. Terrible.

How to choose channel as per trai's new channel rules. Why you are not release perfect guidance to your subscribers to choose channels on theirs choice. Please release price list of channels. And guide how to subscribe new channels to make my pack my choice.

Pathetic service by d2h videocon customer care. They do not able to resolve a complaint since 15 days... Making people fool. They dont deserve a single star rating.

Date 29.01.2019 I Recharges Rs. 153/- But Chanel are showing Free Chanel & Today i Recharge Rs. 300/-

Within 2 days i have tried to connect customer care no. But they doesn't response. My connection has been automatically disconnected. Thats why i am very angry for videocon d2h service. Customer care executive provide fake details.

No response despite several email u people don't have courtesy to reply,not able to see any sport channel. need immediate contact on registered number or else will close my account and shift to some other company.

Very bad response from customer care, not at all receiving the customers call. I have ever seen this type of service. I m planning to quit this network if it continues. I have to change the channel pack bt here no response.

My customer ID 137277201.

Last three days we try call your customer number but not any reply to me , as well yesterday i had wright to mail but still not reply. Last three days i am not see paid channel , my last recharge 360/- on 29/02/2019. your service is too much bad.

i am recharged more than noraml monthly plan but i am not get any channels, please sort out short notice other pls inform all the customers.

As per the trai rules I had subscribed certain packages through d2h customer care executive but certain channels in the package subscribed are not showing, trying to call since 4 day, mailed also and tried by giving missed call to the no. mentioned on home channel but there is no response from d2h. Talked to local office also they are suggesting to change the operator. Third grade response and service.

I was trying to reach your customer care since last one week, no one response back. I am not able to reach to any customer care officer as well. Your payment link also not working for recharge.

Worst service. Worst customer care. please reach out on 9987807204 ID number 31776430.
