I have recharged for one year in month of march 2019. But the service is very poor. Nobody respond after fani, the cyclone. Now also for 10 days we are suffering.I will rate this service very very bad.

Have recharged my connection at around 2pm in the afternoon today and still I don't have the picture after 8 hours of recharge... The customer service executive just asks me to wait for 10 minutes more. Can see the recharge is done in account but nothing no picture. It just says insufficient balance.

No support at all no number to call and speak from unregistered number. Shitty service.

I just reached and it says insufficient balance.

When I called in customer care number they said I have to pay service charge for engineer visit. And I already paid charge 2 months back and he said I don't have warranty but at that time device was changed. Also when I said I want my balance back he said not possible. Very rude reply. Honestly it's matter of 500 Rs else I would have definitely knocked the doors or consumer court.

Third class attitude. Better to buy Tata product.

I pay amount of my pack but no any channel view in tv.any time screen is only one thing signal not found. Every time same problem in d2h so I time of recharge I call d2h assistant and after this channels is activate so your problem is found is again and again I not active your dish I will get tata sky.

Hi,

I have recharged on 5th June 2020 and yet my account is not refreshed after several attempts. I have tried all the methods to refresh my account. eg. Call, SMS, via APP, via virtual assistant(Dia) but nothing worked.

Please restart my connection and carry forward the loss days.

I am a pre -paid customer for the last 7 years. On 12th June 2020 a complaint has been registered with the customer service regarding the setup box. From there I got the reply that an engineer will contact me half an hour prior to his arrival, also confirmed my contact number. Since no one made any contact, I called the customer care on 15th, got the reply that the complaint has been cancelled because I did not answer the call from the engineer. This is the "greatest lie" a customer can have from the provider.(If required, I don't mind to forward my call list). Any way, a complaint has been registered on 15th, and am waiting for the call from the engineer.

Videocon d2h team is unnecessary troubling customers by activating channels without customers permission and they are thinking they have done a great job. This is not the way to harass customer.

After recharge my D2H account number 226792814, within 2-3 days service stopped, unable to view any channels. called Customer Care , service person came on 04/12/22, checked with another 2 set top boxes, but not started, neighbor's set top box connected then service resumed. As this is MDU, all others seeing the service except me. Service person told that complaint not closed, next day your set top box will be replaced. From that day i have called multiple times to customer, always got answer that next day your problem will be resolved. Today also called CC around 3:00 PM, executive told that within 01 hour , problem will be resolved and i can able to see channels, resume the services. My recharge amount getting exhausted, without using the services. Support/ service is not good. My family also getting bored with all this, because no any alternative for the TV.

If anyone responsible person read this mail , then please kindly resolve my issue , and top up my recharge amount back to my account. Please do the needful on topmost priority.
