Hi Airtel team,

Sorry to say but your network is very slow. When I complaint it to customer care they are saying that there are some network problems. So the internet speed is very slow. But what can I do for it I want my services. One can tolerate for one or two times but I am tolerating it from 1 and half months.

Secondly after long time whenever the daily data get over I did not get notifications for 2 to 3 hours which is useless. I had a believe in Airtel but my experience force me to change it.

I am a resident of Mizoram, and I am using Airtel prepaid mobile service for about 9 years now. My prepaid number is 9612577408 and I am using 4G sim card for about 2 years now. Airtel service in my state is the worst mobile data service in our state for about the last 6 months. I'm thinking about to switch to another service provider, many people already switch to different service providers. 4G is slower than 3G so, even though I use 4G handset, I have to set my handset to 3G. Most of the time 4G service is out of order. So, if you people dont improve your 4G services in the state of Mizoram, you'll be losing customer rapidly. Its' meaningless to pay a price of 4G services and getting a 2G services. So, you do something about your services or you lose customer, I am also switching to Jio if services is not improved.....bye

My mob no 7599603066 is not working last one day. i contact with customer care but they cant resolve my problem. i request to resolve this issue.

I'm using Airtel number 7349085143 for International roaming and this has been suddenly deactivated and this is for 2nd time and Airtel says the reason is Address verification could not be done successfully, My address is verified by many banks (AMEX, CITIBANK, AXIS BANK, INDUSLAND and others) but this is the case with a telecom company, currently I'm helpless as I do not have any other number for communication and in case of any emergency not sure whom can I contact, Airtel had promised me that my number will not be deactivated till I return India but it has been deactivated all of a sudden.

BTW, Address verification means the executive should reach our residence address and verify whether we're residing in the place but Airtel executives just called me and I replied as I'm out of India so he has made it as Address verification unsuccessful, Is this the way Airtel does the address verification.

I have sent many mails and there is no response from Airtel.

Sir my no. 7568533180. My balance has detected so many times. Please sir refund my balance and stop the service.

Airtel Being a big firm, has the very poor customer care executives and very poor Airtel Gallery. The Airtel store literally stole my money by saying recharge is done. But when I talk to customer care executives names HARSHIL and KALVESH, I came to know that how poor a customer care service can be. The Customer care says my recharge is not done, but they can't help me. Moreover I asked them to raise a complaint number. The customer care guy named HARSHIL cheated me saying that I would receive after the call has been cut. They DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS, they cheat you. They take advantage of the situation coz you won't be able to connect to the same guy again. Airtel is responsible if am not getting my money back. It's been whole 7 days and I still walk to Airtel store and call customer care executives every single day. Am literally fedup.

I'm facing trouble to recognise any internet communications. And I told it to service provider each and everyday but they always told me that 'we are working on this, sir please don't get panic, we will fix your problems as soon as we can and did nothing. It's about 2 months I'm fasing trouble bt nothing was happening good. Please do some thing.

First of all i want to say sorry, i have made some amount of recharge through airtel app and my balance got deducted from my bank account. i called the customer care service and i spoke to them. they told i will get my balance within 7 working days but i was very harsh to them and i drop the call. when i dropped the call i got the conformation message that my recharge has been successful and now i'm really regretting that i spoke to them very badly. i ask sorry if it reaches to you guys i'm asking you sorry again. airtel is the best ever network and so far the network is the best. hope it reaches to you guys and it is my number 8147747664.

It is my humble request with all don't speak harsh with them plz and i'm really sorry for what i did.

I cannot call anyone on this number nor use internet... When i recharge my number it occur service class violation.. Please help me.

Airtel the most worst network of this particular state where I belong.. net data speed is for name shake.. 4G what the fuck even I can't chat in whatsapp.. Bharti Airtel go to he'll, if you could not provide good service then don't play with people for name shake.. don't waste our good times.

What's happening with airtel network from Last two three days data network is not working fully stopped in laxminarayan swamytemple munnekolala banglore.

Very bad network I am fully irritating with this network.

In my residence area a tower set up by the company there is no suffering, video, play in the home other companies network is fast than airtel. I face lots of problems already many times I complain in 198 but they not given perfect solution so I request please take the necessary steps mention above my no. 9163693603.

Hello I am vadic,
I hv few complaints regarding to ur network and ur executive first of all ur network is worst compare to any other network. U ppl said ulaka test ur network which is best in india. In my opinion it is worst and tell me how much money do u give to that company for fake add of 28mbps but actually it is between 5 to 10 kbps. I make blunder bcz Port from JIO to ur company is my worst decision. JIO is much better than u in every situation. And what cn I say about executive they r beyond understanding they always say sir in 2 or 3 days we will resolve ur problem and after 10 to 15 days it is same. And contacting to them is a Herculean task. So it's my advice to all the users or future usersplz plz firstly ask someone who is using Airtel the make ur mind to buy it until then use any other network. And I m switching from AIRTEL to JIO again.

Your sim is very bad and waste bloody sim your company will shut dawn i pray. your 4g service is very low coverage and very bad you study to see the idea sim service is very nice airtel is very bad dear subscribers you are not take the bad connection i and my 5,6 friends together port our sim to an another service airtel customer service is very bad...bad...bad.

Greeting of the day

With due respect i beg to say that i recharged my airtel number (9634030220) by 199 through Phone pay on 12th Dec. Recharge was successful but i couldn't get the benefits. it was clearly mentioned in the application that you ll get all facilities(incoming & outgoing & message pack) for 28 days even net service for 28 day also. but i just got only net service.that was only 50 mb.

i tried to contact your customer care executive but they couldn't solve the problem even didn't provide the solution even they didn't behave well. just tried to cut the call. i just want to reimburse my amount otherwise start the all related service. We all have to suffer with due to your fault like offers & misbehavior.
i just want that start the all services like incoming & outgoing facilities. Kindly resolve the issue by tomorrow otherwise i ll switch into another service network.

And that is not the way to respond and communicate with the customer. i am not happy with your services. Even i can say if you ll do such kind of things with your customers , then mostly customers ll change their service operator instant.

Your services are very disappointing. I have recharged my no. with 169rs and the offer is , 1gb/day and 5gb extra, bt the don't provide extra 5gb. Even the don't take responsibility. very bad experience in last 2 months.

Sir i am using Airtel Sim and Data plans. ided it gets 4 g service the network will be showing full range. i am not satisfied for your service many times request to your customer service but no use. so many times I am attaching this same problem.

I'm totally fed-up from airtel service in ludhiana city 8566000887 this is my airtel no. and believe me i m getting the worst internet in my area i hve lodged so many complaints on phone but no one hve any solution of my problems no. o people from my area facing the same problem with airtel. Vodafone is much better then silly airtel.

One of the worst network will it improve or i should port to jio. Cant make clear voice calls and net its not worth at all.

Hello sir.. My airtel number is 9897804262.i had recharged my number in 2006 rupees 999 for the life time validity. And it's validity was shown till up to 2038. but now there is no any validity in my number. Your plans and offers are changing day by day.. Than what the customer have to do. Where we bring the money for recharge. why you release the offers for the public. You think that public is fool.. Now i am going to port my number.
