Setup box problem
Customer service is very bad our DH is not working since 20 days every day customer service people saying that today we are sending person for servicing still not body not attending the issue. Very bad service.

Worst service provider
This is the worst ever service provided by Videocon D2h. Not replying to mails and call never connects. What else can be expected from you.
I am repeating, I am unable to view my favourite channels which were selected by me. I have also recently recharged my account.
Hoping for a positive response from your side. Let me remind you, there are many other options available in the market. Social media is also one of the other options which I can choose but I think, I should give another chance to you for responding.

Very bad and worst worst service ever... Before 5 days the due date is not necessary.. There customers No. are useless and wrong number.. They not giving a response any phones calls and SMS.. Before last 4 days the service is not working properly all channels are not working.. My recharge package is going due to the waist..plzz take a action for d2h services.

The customer care phone is very difficult to connect. Once connected chooses option of calling back. But they didn't get time to call me back. D2h Websites available in office times only. Saturday and Sunday not working.
On website I choosed all channels and submitted. Once submitted I got message that your channels will be reviewed and will get back to me. I thought I will get payment page. But due to such service I am not able to see channels on my tv. It's a really idiot box from 1 of Feb. My RTN is 7709047080 and my customer id is 130541402. Please do call me or help me in this. Such conditions are forcing to leave me Videocon D2H. Remote control is cheaper out side shops but with videoco engg it costs 300.

Pathetic customer service
None of the contacts are working. We have asked for subscription of new channels, Nothing is there. it's weekend and we are not able to see our fav shows and also not able to contact customer service by any means... Neither website is working nor app. after doing forgot password app says otp sent to ur mobile number but we are still waiting for that otp to come .. its flying somewhere don't give connection to people when u don't know how to handle them ... Pathetic service.. going to change plan asap.

Channel not working
