I had booked my tkt online and the date of journey was on 23/12/2018 from patna jn. but the train was diverted unfortunately i had not got any msg on my number of divertion. Non received SMS on my registered mobile
I have booked one ticket for my family from Surat to Khargapur on 31.12.2018, the PNR No. 8613994613 and transaction ID was 100001606306176, but still not received any SMS on my registered mobile No.9007002790. Please look into this matter.
User id
Signing is asking that User id is not valid. Please suggest me in urgent.
Activation
After linked my aadhar card i can't able to book my ticket( pop up coming traveller must carry a aadhar) no option to accept or declined, so i released my aadhar card. now my account was suspended. how can i activate my account.
Regarding about transaction
When i booked ticket on 02/01/2019(wednesday)the transaction was completed and money was debited from account but ticket was not booked.Money is not credit to my account back. Its very bad thing.

Confusing new irctc website
The new irctc site is so confusing you dont get its head and tail. i have tried my all the knowledge to find booked ticket history it is no where available.if you want to cancel the booked ticket please let me know how to find booked history. i am using this site for the last ten years but the new one is totally confusing. hope to get the answer. help desk is totally useless the dont pickup.

Booking ticket problem
One of the most user un-friendly site. I booked tatkal ticket for my friend Mr.K.Sreedharan (72) after debiting my card I got a reply "choice of confirm berths not met". Now I do not know if the ticket has been booked or not. What is the meaning of the above, and where is my ticket??? All help lines don't work. The whole thing is a farce. The ministry must do something about it. I think this site is intentionally made unfriendly so that other sites like yatra, Paytm, MMT, etc etc cna make money on booking the same tickets. I sincerely hope this letter reaches the railways minister.
E ticket generation
The web site does not provide for e ticket regeneration.I have booked a ticket on 8/12/2018. The PNR number is 6722941639. My mail, Phone date is lost as the data storage option was set for one month only.To day I wanted to obtain e ticket (for the PNR 6722941639 ) from the web site.It appears there is no provision for the same though in the earlier version of the website such provision was available. I may be provided with the e ticket afresh through my registered mail ie wcbabu @gmail.com.

Refund amount of my cancel ticket
My self ashish kumar. i had booked a ticket from LTT to ALD on 17/01/2019 for upcoming journey date17/05/2019 with PNR. 8714693138 in pqwl wait list & it will cancel on 21/01/2019. the refund ref no.is 901708267740 for this cancel ticket as a status of return amount but on 01/02/2019 still date i did not receive any amount against my cancellation. Verification of email id
Even after verification of email id when iI go for booking everytime email id shows as not verified. since yesterday I could book only one ticket. I want to urgently book another ticket. yesterday I got message no of attempts over. again today same problem. once verified such problem should not come. please attend urgently and inform over mobile no. thanks
