IFB customer care Panipat Service Center (Phone no-18604255678 and 918816059575) is a cheater. One day according to request of their service boy (Sarwan) I helped him by giving 4 nut and bolts for packing washing machine of another person. He promised about returning the same on next day. After a few days over while there is no response I inform the service center. They admitted that it is known to them but till now harassing me about returning the item which is required for my recent shifting and in spite of several times of request no technician is provided for packing.

The controlling KNOB is found not turning from the start position automatically. your customer care persons at 18004255678 and 180030005678 thinks they are my boss (talking impolitely). If this is the case how do a customer report a complaint?! It is not that having purchased we have no other option. For your information, I made this call before 0800hrs today (03/10/2018).

The location is Trivandrum, Kerala. The mobile no given at the time of purchase was 9947230234 and it is no more valid.

I have a front loading machine under warranty.Twice the display panel has malfunctioned.Both times spare parts have taken more than 15 days to come causing me great inconvenience. To make matters worse the tech team is not up to par.This time my machine has been left with parts removed saying it would be done the next day when the spares come. It is now 10days I am still waiting. My request to the service centre to send the man to refit the gadget till the display panel comes is not needed saying if I start the machine with the defective panel the machine will blow up.

I am extremely disappointed with this new machine and with your tech team. I earnestly request u to replace this machine without further ado.

To concern all After a long, lengthy & useless followup with the Service provider Agency Shree Sai Sercices I ma fade up now of purchasing Dish Washer machine from vijay sales on 22.07.17 (warrenty till 21.07.19) due to tremendous followup its still not working and regularly showing error of F-5 signifies problem in water supply to the machine Earlier services providers mechanics told us to change the tab connection and we follow him after that again and again the error is found and since last more than 3-4 months its not working at all Pl take note of this complaint and awaiting a favourable reply and concern authentic mechanic to rectify the error at an early date.

I have a 2 ton Ac, which had a problem. I complained on the toll free number and the technicians came to resolve it. But again after 20 days had the same problem and they solved it. Again the there was issues the third time and now they are not coming. They are talking very badly and refusing to repair the AC. I am not at all satisfied with the company.

I have IFB ELITE VX 7 KG washing machine whose warranty period is over.I called IFB and technician advised me putting AMC. I paid Rs.3658 for one year AMC on 15-08-2018. Technician also said shock absorber is gone, it will be covered in AMC. He also said it will take 10 days or so for spares to come. I said OK. I received a SMS on 27-08-2018 saying the AMC period is 27-08-2018 to 26-08-2019. I waited for about 20days, I booked complaint on 04-09-2018 & Complaint Ticket No: 1002010432.Till today (26-10-2018 i.e 52 days) the problem is not solved. In between these days I called IFB customer care no: 180030005678 many times to know the status of the complaint. But I was given very vague & irresponsible answers (i.e problem will be solved in 24 hrs/48 hrs etc).

This AMC is big scam I think, almost 2 months over in that one year AMC. They (IFB Service Centre & IFB Customer Care Centre) are having my money and making me go mad every time when I call them. These fellows (IFB Service Centre & IFB Customer Care Centre) are CHEATERS , FRAUD ETC. Just think in the name of AMC how much they would have looted the customers.

Washing machine purchased is having AMC (No: 0060417012) and the same was further renewed.. Technician is not ready for timely servicing and the person who attended the complaint could not solve the complaint permanently.. The adpter connection supplied is not fit for our pipe.. Not able to refit the connection to our pipe after cleaning filter.. Connection given to the pipe is leaking frequently.. Technician who attended the complaint solves the complaint temporarily ..kindly take action for a permanent solution and depute an experienced / dedicated technician for servicing.

The Machine is under AMC. Service request was lodged on 28th (No .1001638034) Though 48 hrs passed no technician called /visited. I have requested over phone to helpline four times but surprisingly no action taken so far. I have spent more than Rs.60 for lodging a complain and follow up only. It is a very serious concern Kindly send urgently the service today or otherwise I will put the matter in the Consumer Forum.

Machine was very vibrating during washing. Asked for repair on14.12.18 (T No.1002497579). Technition came on 15.12.18 and told Dampers and Springs to be changed. They came on 08.01.19 to change the Dampers and told us that whenever Springs will be available they will fit that. After chasing local service provider they only said it may be available after one week. My question is there any control /supervision on service provider so that we can get some realife. More over in Kolkata all parts are available in a very little time and Durgapur is not a remote area.

Complaint: cabinet need to change.

The washing machine is top load, they did the service with quite manner. They didn't shows in online working condition. One day after, I just connect water inlet and started. The water is not poured into drum.. Instead of that, the water falls out of the drum.

Due to that, the washing machine itself full of leakage. They charged Rs. 3300 for the service.. I was calling repeatedly, there is no response from them.. I felt bad service.

I have a 1.5 ton Ac purchased in Aug 2018 (Off season) from reliance , and not in used due to winter seasons. Now from April 2019 due to summer when i started using AC in April 2019 it had a cooling problem. I complained on the toll free number in 2 April 2019 and the technicians came to resolve it but cooling issue has been not resolved and it took under observation. Again after few days i logged complaint regarding cooling. the Complaint number is 1003027466. Technician and other IFB team visited the site but cooling issue has been not resolved. Team decided to replaced the AC. But till date AC has been not replaced. I have suffering from AC cooling from 3 months but no any positive response from customer care even they didn't know the status of complaint.

My money totally goes wastage to purchase this product.

Worst product and worst delay servicing ever experienced. Really bad, Never going to recommend to any on. I am not at all satisfied with the company.

I have purchased a top loaded washing machine from IFB point Hadapsar pune, I purchased this machine on 23/11/19 and with 15 days IFB machine stopped cutting off the water intake and same day we have raised a complaint with IFB service center .Guy from IFB service center came to check the IFB machine twice at my apartment and replace the front panel of the machine which worked for 1 day and next day same issue started.

IFB Service center guy raised for replacement request with IFB saying machine is faulty and after 20 days with lot of follow up I got a new machine , after the installation on the same issue started again, now they are insisting to add IFB stabilizer for 3500 rupees at my home saying electricity voltage is messing up in my apartment, but when I am asking him to give this in a written mail and ensure me that after putting stabilizer there IFB machine will work fine for which he is not ready, and why this is not communicated before purchasing the IFB machine that stabilizer is mandatory?

Now again IFB retailer raised a new request for the replacement second time and now from last 20 days we are following with IFB point Replacement Manager as he is committing that I will get a new machine within 2 days. Still the issue is not fixed and i have not got new washing machine.

I can say I have made big mistake trusting on IFB.

I bought IFB WASHING MACHINE senator smart touch 8kg model on 02/01/2019. After using it for 1 year 8 months it's touch panel malfunctioned.

I registered my complaint with IFB on 17 Aug 2020. For at least one week I didn't receive any call from service center in kalyan (Maharashtra).

I got the service center no. 8879540836 from IFB Helpline number. After several attempts, they picked the call on 27 Aug 2020 and said my complaint will be resolved within two days. They sent the technician on 31 Aug 2020. He told washing machine touch panel has to be replaced.

After this I made many calls to service center. But they didn't picked the phone. I tried to call brach coordinator Mr Yogesh, he is also not responding to my calls. I don't know for what they have opened the service center. More than 2 weeks are over no answer from IFB. Many times called to help line number, they said my complaint has been escalated. But I'm not seeing any action on my complaint.

Most irritating is the service center number and people working there. Don't have any courtesy to call customer back and give the status of complaint.

I feel IFB has cheated me. I don't know how they have selected the service center which is so irresponsive.

I had registered a complaint at IFB. Later I was given the contact number of a Mr. Ganesh Holkar supposedly from IFB Indore. Mr. Ganesh Holkar said that a technician would come from IFB. The technician who arrived carried a card of LG. I called up Mr. Ganesh Holkar he said that he will check and intimate what needs to be done. The Technician said that either the PCB of the External Unit or the PCB of the AC Unit is to be replaced. Effectively the technician was not sure.

We were informed that the part would come in three or four days from Bhopal. When we did not hear from Mr. Ganesh Holkar we called him multiple times and we were repeatedly told that he is in conference calls and busy in meetings or would not answer at other times.

I then contacted the toll free number giving my customer complaint ticket number as 1006485561. I was told the part would come from Guwahati and not from Bhopal after the case was escalated. The part has not come till date.

I called again this morning on 30 March 2021. An agent named Ms. Pooja lifted the phone and said that the concerned person is busy and a call would come back in 20 minutes. One and half hours later since the call did not come, I was forced to call back and speak to another agent named Ms. Madhuri. She said that some one named Mr. Shailendra Bajpai from Indore needs to be contacted. I was provided with a contact number. So I asked her who Mr. Ganesh Holkar was if Mr. Shailendra was the coordinator in Indore. She indicated that Mr. Ganesh Holkar was not the coordinator and may be is the Technician. I am seriously confused with the way IFB India works.

I am interested in knowing when the resolution will take place?

I bought IFB 30frc2 and it is making noises on the first use itself. How bad service this has and not a good product. I can't contact services at all. Even if I do they say contact the other number.
