I booked complaint through customer care no 18604255678 on 27.05.2016 regarding non functioning of split AC vide complaint no 1102509626. Even After several regular followup with customer care my Ac is not get repaird till 03.06.2016. Ultimately i get repaired my AC with out side mechanic. I had never face this type of service from other companies. Hence you are requested to dont sell our goods without service or with worst service.

Dear concern, I had booked a cab from IGI Airport (Delhi) to Indirapuram Ghaziabad(UP). I receive a sms of Rs. 197/- but driver told me thats a incorrect bill and the correct bill is Rs.501/- i have paid Rs. 501/- to the driver and customer care executive promised me to send the correct bill on my e mail. i have not received the bill. i request you to kindly issue me the correct bill.

My complaint is unresolved. It has been 4 days. Now they are not picking up the phones. My washing machine is out of order. Very bad services. Needs immediate attention.

This is a shame that we have reached out to your customer care every day since 5 days for our washing machine but nobody has contacted us since then....It's a daily necessity item and what a poor service your co. has, nobody bothers to pay heed to complaints. I regret to buy your product now.

We are trying to communicate with customer service from 2 days and were unable to speak to any of the customer service representative. called one of the customer service center in hyderaba and they deny registry of AMC service. so they will register and address the complain if money is paid to them. Taking AMC is waste and painful. calling toll free number is painful. waited almost one hour and none of the representative has attended the call.

Never prefer IFB as it really has bad service.
