IFB is brand... so their accessories also be a good product but their accessories is hopeless. there is no warranty or no guarantee.... ifb front loaded washing machine trolley is work in my home just 5 month...then after its break.

I have a IFB fully automatic washing machine but every other day there is a problem in it. On complaining they dont respond. Is this the service of your company? If my problem is not resolved i will file in consumer court.

Customer care is asking for charges for free servicing of an AC which i got while purchasing it and saying that product is out of warranty. As its out of warranty although i got commitment that i will be getting first 3 free services from IFB.

I have lodged complaint vide complaint No. 1001640483 regarding Senator SX 8 Kg. 1400 RPM Front loading washing machine. But the service person don't have the price list of the parts and not able to grasp why control board is damaged when the machine is working ok except having difficulty is door closure.

I will be grateful if company pay attention to above problem.

I have purchased IFB TL-SDW 7.0KG Aqua washing machine which is under warranty and giving me electric shock.

I am getting shock only after one cycle is over and if you keep the washing machine ideal for a 6 to 8 hrs switch on the washing machine no shock is coming even after the switch on the machine also during running condition. I have raised multiple complaints but not received a proper resolution. Your team is not trying to solve the problem instead of that they are trying to tell me the problem in the PCB and you need to pay for it even if it is under warranty.

If there is a problem, is PCB how my machine is working? Also all buttons are plastic buttons why shock is coming in the plastic button ? Is this not a manufacturing defect?

I spoke with the Asmita (Mobile# 9324317964) coordinator from Pune region but she is also not ready to listen or ready to solve the problem. She is also behind making money and not answering properly.

Trying to get in touch with Arun Jain on his number (Mobile# 8657131332) which is switched off from last one week. I am very frustrated with the service I am getting from IFB and their money making business instead of solving the problem.

Also the design of your machine is very poor and I heard this is a very common problem in IFB machines, one of my relatives is also having the same problem.
