My IFB washing machine was repaired for breakage of Bracket fixed on the drum by replacing the drum unit.But the Drum was in good condition .The bracket along with shaft only was to be replaced.The could have been reused.Why the company allows such unreasonable practice resulting heavy loss to the customer.Why not the company take back the drum at reasonable price. Pl.consider. My complaint No. is 1106118417.

I purchased ifb top load washing machine and continuing period of amc. i am taking only customer care people calling only renewal of amc no one come servicing technician. this worst experiences so many is there very chief technicians working ifb company. Please send genuine technicians please maintain amc well.

I have purchased 2 IFB microwave on 21st March from Vijay sales sector 29. Trust me it is the worst decision buying IFB products. After telling demo guy to come in evening, as no one at home. Despite that, the person came at 1230 hrs and messaging me " i am from IFB for demo". And after that i am calling on same number, no one is answering. Post that there is no response, i opened my microwave on my own and the product is default. there is no rolling Pin. WTF.

Then i went to Vijay sales again and put up this matter. they have arrange Demo for today i.e. 14th april. And history repeats, I got a call from agent Amit Kumar - 7011138087. I told him to come at 0515 PM. to my surprise, he started yelling at me. Mam i will come in afternoon, cant come in evening". What the hell, is this they way you treat all your customers.

Again it same issue, Amit from IFB came for demo, told me to send the copy bill to AREA MANAGER - AMIT KUMAR - 8447790424.. I did the same. on Monday i called him for this issue. He said it you will get the missing product on Thursday. i called him today and he is clueless and mentioned i dont know by when this rolling pin will come. Believe you treat all your customers like this only and now i am stuck cant do anything.

I want to return this Product, advise me what is the procedure. Shame on IFB guys, doesn't know how to speak with women. hope will get revert in few hours, as i cant waste my time on this shitty issue.

I made a call regarding shifting of my split Ac to other city, the representative told me it will cost Rs590 in total to unpack from current location and to re install at another city. I booked it and ticket no. 8000043668 was generated. When engineer made a call to come he asked me Rs 850 for unpacking. I reported the same to customer care. Now customer care representative told me it will cost me Rs 750+GST for unpacking and Rs 1500+GST re installation.

I am amazed with the unprofessional behavior of the company representatives and no executive was available to talk about this.

I have purchased IFB Front door in 2011 and the product is excellent, efficient and technically advanced.

UNFORTUNATELY servicing is the POOREST and carried out by under-trained, low-qualified so called service engineers incrementally each time by a separate service person(s).

I took AMC in 2015-17 by paying 4k plus. Since then these so called service engineers visit, tell some spares plastics etc NOT covered under AMC BUT retain the original problem intact.
In second complaint, a second service personal visits, changes some more parts, billing me further.
the process continued and ultimately I was forced to pay more than the cost of washing machine for which I was NOT willing.
What ultimately happened was they have damaged the CONTROL KNOB that was working before AMC and NOW requesting me go for AMC by paying 5k again so that they can change the knob after a couple of months. Perhaps they may bill me again a few more thousands in the name of spare parts by engaging third, fourth service engineers one after the other. THUS EXPLOITING THE CUSTOMER in the name of servicing/AMC etc.

AMC - means damaging working parts and incurring more losses than required.
(They wont send same personnel but engage different men each of the time to keep changing so called other spare parts, damaging the working parts.

Even if I GO for AMC and pay 5k I am sure they cant do any repair but bill me with a few more thousands, n damage some more parts in the name of AMC repair..

HOW TO TACKLE THIS TYPE OF CHEATING? IFB MANAGEMENT MAY KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL and GUIDE.

I Have already purchased another brand with a strong fear of losing my hard earned money in the name of AMC spare parts damages by a prestigious firm.

I have purchased IFB front load machine in may 2018. within 15 days dryer of the machine got damaged and not working properly also machine display shows error 1 and nt able to complete the cycle.

Hi,i have a top loading washing machine i need a service since it sounds like hell.the person authorised centre told that 599 plus tax for service once you paid the amount then we will come and work if any parts needs to be replaced, it will cost additionally. I was amazed that paid and work policy if they did not work well or cheat the unaware customer means who should be responsible and if a person comes he only just replace the spare part whether it is working or not or what is causing the problem no analysis.After he told we need to replace these parts costing 4000 what is happening is this way that company make money.

Kindly Ifb should answer this because everywhere my surroundings i got bad feedback in customer service for ifb and don't make me feel bad for choosing ifb and also want to know any initial charges are made before work.please clarify as soon as possible.I am from thanjavur.Ppds ifb authorized service centre is the service centre.

We have bought 3 ifb machines no. 9878358099, 9996116810, 9812587688 one by one and really it was the biggest mistake we did to our money and peace. No customer care service is provided at any time, they don't listen to you and even cut the phone if you tell them your problem.

Even in 1st year our machine was switched off 5 times and each time customer care gave different verdicts your voltage problem, you have rat in house, your wiring problem, or short circuit and so on. each time new excuse and same technical defect each time. Now our second machine also faced same problem and we were told its past 1 month warranty is finished and now we take Rs4000 for repair and no warranty. if it goes off 2nd day again pay Rs4000, and we don't provide any job card, no written thing what we have done. Your one of employees VED Prakash no. - 9872194349, said give me rs3300 and I would repair without written but it could go off again no warranty.

Your call is transferred to seniors is told fake. Baljit singh and Mohit path Ania, fake nos. given, they are seniors. No one listens, never. A very very bad experience. Don't purchase ifb machines. SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME IFB.

I am 70 years old lady 9878358099 and bought machine fully automatic top load for my convenience 2 years back. But in between this tenure my machine switched off 4 times and every time customer care person said voltage issue, short circuit, rat in house I m really fed up, now I have out of warranty machine just one a month past and it stopped working and I am told it will take Rs 4000 to repair but again in a Month same problem can occur, again you have to pay Rs4000, no written warranty will b given what is done. I and my 75 year husband are pensioners and can't pay each month such amount, our previous Samsung machine is 30 yeas old and still working but this ifb stopped in a year. I am very much frustrated, please help me. Give me justice. The customer care said we call BALJIT SINGH and MOHIT PATHANIA, our senior to see matter but nos. are faque, we have 2 more machines of same company at my daughter's house with same complaints being dealt phn no. - 9812587688, 9996116810.

I have a microwave which is under warranty, I placed a complaint on 4th September 2018 (second complaint, first was placed in August). Two parts were to be replaced(some rubber n PVC board), till now i have been suffering to get it fixed. technician says the parts hasnt arrived yet,the service centre says parts r not available in the company. if u cannot provide the parts then plz take away you product, i dont want it anymore or replace it immediately as i need to cook my food. This is the worst servicing i have come across.my ticket no is 1002013659.

I have a problem with my washing machine. Every time it stopped in the mid and some time shows error and i have to restart the program 2- 4 times then after it somehow works still have a apprehensions that it completes it process. Customer care person said it is problem of voltage but there is no such problem i checked it many time even by electrician.

Sir i am fed up calling these customer care person and this accuses. Hope u understand my problem i brought it for my mom to ease her work and this machine itself is problem now. Please redress my issue at the earliest. Thanks in anticipation.

Worst customer care service. Worst engineer they took my microwave oven on 29 december 2019 to repair it but they never responded back they are fraud i will never recommend anybody to buy ifb appliances. I dont know where is microwave oven is. They dont know what to do they are useless guys.

I have purchased December 2016 Serena Aqua sx ldt washing machine, serial number:-005619, 6kg --1000rpm (023514160422005619), showroom name Shree Krishna Electronics & my address:- 383-L, Model Town, Panipat, Haryana-132103, mobile no:-9466564328 in this no. company gave SMS. & Ifb point dealers don't give me my original bill, & 4 year warranty, ifb service man Amit Kumar (idgah road, model Town,, Panipat) said it washing machine service warranty expires & I gave 1 year warranty again rs:-3281₹, only 1st service ur company provide me December 2017 only one, main point is my mistake i believe ur company but u r all fraud me. I purchased 32000₹, December 2016 & I gave u only 2 days u decided my problem shootout otherwise I against ur ifb company filling case in consumer court.
