Damaged product received
I bought edible sandlewood oil 5ml in 1350rs. But as well as I got this i opened and found vial was tempered. It was opened and all oil was spread out of box.

Amazon did a very wrong thing today....it was there in chrome that nokia banana phone is of 3 rs but after clicking at the official site it shown something miserable that it was of 5999.... deeply disappointed.
Damaged product / replacement issue
I was booked one plus 6t on 1st nov and i was got damaged product on 3rd of nov but as per delivery boy amazon bar code was not scan at time of delivery. Also, Amazon refund my paid amount. my paid amount was 32,485 with exchange and instant cash back but now Amazon will not provide new mobile with same price. They told me placed new order because offer is expired. and now same mobile is come with 35000 with exchange and 1500 cash back offer. Very worst experience with Amazon.

Not satisfied with the exchange policy
I have ordered a mi y2 with an exchange.
The delivery person came and not took the mobile as there was scratch on the screen. He requested me to get it repaired and it will be taken. I have done the same with Rs800 and promised to deliver the next day but no one came for next two days.
Today again a different person came and refused to take the mobile saying there is scratch on back side. I am helpless now. I am not satisfied with the policies and the attitude of the delivery name Anil. Automatically my order is cancelled without any genuine reason. I want to take a legal action against the policies and the person. Please help.
No refund after one year

Regarding about the book not delivered

That's why the told.. i came to another place.. so i deliver ur boom tomorrow like they told. But 15 days passed. Still the book is not delivered. I purchased Bosch Microwave recently. I have few concerns to raise.
1. - Borosil Kit has not been given that was to be supplied with oven.
2. - When I emailed BOSCH for demo they are saying that it will be paid. Why? Your site (product detail) clearly mention of No Installation but demonstration will be given there is no mention of paid demonstration.
3. Delivery was very poor this time. Delivery person was reluctant to deliver box (only 26-27 Kgs) from delivery van to inside house. It was for the first time from 'amazon delivery' as I am getting regular packets from amazon time to time. In the process box handling was very poor and box fell down once. There is a dent on the oven that might be because of poor handing during delivery. Don't know will it affect working? If it is not affecting working of oven still I should be compensated with extra discount for this dented microwave.
4. Delivery took so much time, Packet was in Chandigarh on Sunday Morning but was not delivered. On Monday it was out for delivery on 7.46 AM but was delivered in the evening at 5.18 PM. Chandigarh is small city and you can cross the city maximum in half an hour, but the arrogant delivery person took 10-11 hours to reach us (5-7 kms). Tracking details are as below:
