Extra amount charged for 3 cases of dove soap
I have ordered 3 cases of dove soap and the same was shipped by cloudtail and claimed Rs.600 for the 3 cases.In each case the Manufacturer has printed the MRP as Rs.125 per case inclusive of all taxes. But your seller cloudtail noted the unit price as Rs.169.49 per case totaling Rs.508.47 plus tax of Rs.91.53 amounting to Rs.600 for the 3 cases.As per packaged commodities Act no dealer or seller cannot charge more than the MRP for any item sold.So in this case I have to inform that your seller is a fraud to raise an invoice much higher than the MRP.Amazon in association with cloudtail exploit a sum of RS 225 from me. .What have AMAZON TO SAY?

Complaint about no refund
On September 2, I had asked for the Redmi Note 5 pro 6GB from Amazon and had made payment via debit card but on 3 September, I received calls from Amazon. You have sent the wrong product, please do not take it. Your refund will be done immediately but today it is September 21, so far no refund has come.

Damaged item is delivered
Should check before delivery and packed properly to avoid damaging. Returning or replacing is the painful for both customer and seller. It is the worst part of shopping.
