The box was in a really bad condition, the glass was totally damaged.....i want refund.

Sir I order three item by mistake

1) muscletech nitrotech of Rs.4,600
2) 2 Rexona under arm deo of Rs.139 each

And cancelled after 2 sec of order. I was already paid for these order by debit card this order had been placed on 31st of august but I don't get any refund till now. pls help me.

I have ordered 3 cases of dove soap and the same was shipped by cloudtail and claimed Rs.600 for the 3 cases.In each case the Manufacturer has printed the MRP as Rs.125 per case inclusive of all taxes. But your seller cloudtail noted the unit price as Rs.169.49 per case totaling Rs.508.47 plus tax of Rs.91.53 amounting to Rs.600 for the 3 cases.As per packaged commodities Act no dealer or seller cannot charge more than the MRP for any item sold.So in this case I have to inform that your seller is a fraud to raise an invoice much higher than the MRP.Amazon in association with cloudtail exploit a sum of RS 225 from me. .What have AMAZON TO SAY?

I have booked an nova trimmer... the amount is 339 but the amazon agent took 440 as my father took at the office as i was not there.

I got the order earlier but I requested for a replacement because it doesn't had a button and now when it came back there is no charger.

On September 2, I had asked for the Redmi Note 5 pro 6GB from Amazon and had made payment via debit card but on 3 September, I received calls from Amazon. You have sent the wrong product, please do not take it. Your refund will be done immediately but today it is September 21, so far no refund has come.

The product was wrong which was i order. I have asked for tulsi green tea for stress reliving ND slimming bt instead of it I got stress reliving ND refreshing.

Should check before delivery and packed properly to avoid damaging. Returning or replacing is the painful for both customer and seller. It is the worst part of shopping.

The product which was already paid has been returned without even talking to me.... without knowing my view the product has been returned to the seller....such a worst delivery system provided by Amazon.
