I ordered intex eco beats, i received it on 13 april 2018. The phone heats when on calling & charging. so i go to replacement for unsatisfactory product. i have been cancelled the replacement at a time, receiving boy pickup the product at 17th april, but still now there is no updates or notification are not available in email or message in phone between the receiving the product by us at date of 17th april 2018 and 5th may 2018, i kindly ask u to refund me the amount to our account, within short days. My order ID 402-2859067-3443515.

Amazon what kind of services you are providing? I just got bunch of paper and i had order puma sandals but its missing. I am your regular customer how can i trust on and why do u does wid me... return my money amazon.

From my Amazon app Rs 999 and Rs 6474 has been cut without OTP and CVV on 12.5.18. Pls refund to my account.

I think amazon members not doing their job well they disturbing us and waste our time.

I have returned my order items on 28th April 2018 also I have talk to your customers care person for five to six time and confirm to my returned goods received or not they are not give me any confirmation me. Every time I have ask him to refund my money in my bank Account but till now I have not received my money.

If u r not process my refund my money in my bank Account befor 2 days. I will be complained again your company in local Surat grahak shurksha Kendra in surat.

This is the first time i am experiencing this as being a regular customer of amazon. I have ordered 4 products. But when I received the the courier box was completely unsealed and only broken conditioner received in it out of 4 items. Courier boy was so rigid not ready to take amazon pay nor by card payment he just asked me to pay cash. The level of services we expect from amazon is pretty high.

If we will get these kind of services it will surely loose the trust from the company. I am the issue is not with the cloudtail vendor i am sure fraudulent was done by courier boy. I only expect my all products to be deliver or return my money back.

I ordered a tron light for helmet GREEN COLOUR instead of that i got red colour its a replacement order from past order and i Am getting same lights at the rate of 1250rs instead of 999rs. Both time i got same colour lights, whats going on are you fooling us by selling same lights of two different rate. Time and order should b punctual.

I have placed an order for Wonderchef Nutri-Blend 63152296 400-Watt Mixer Grinder with 3 Jars (Red) vide order no. Thursday 17 May 2018 / 403-4105665-8166758. But the vendor supplied the wrong item contain only two jars (jar of 750ml was not there). I have also informed to your call center team but they do not provide any solution. The complain window closed on 1st june 2018 only and i have lodged complain on customer care on 4th june 2018.

I feel cheated as the wrong item was dispatched to me for which i have paid more money to your company Amazon. i am not telling you to change the item but only to supply the remaining item which was not supplied by your vendor. I am your regular customer of your company.

If you will not considered my request than i have no choice left except moving to consumer court as i feel cheated by your company.
