I am holder of mobile no 9831012712. Shifted from vodafone in expectation of better service level. Connection was provided by your franchise with monthly rental of Rs 249/- against which I will get unlimited call facility along with per day 1 GB net facility. Last month the bill amount was Rs 389/- which as per the commitment of your franchise can not exceed Rs 249/-. In addition received a message from airtel that my credit facility has been increased to Rs 1500/-.

First of all, there is no difference between airtel and it's franchise in the eyes of customers. Therefore, commitment given by the franchise can not be avoided by airtel. Ensure that monthly bill is restricted to Rs 249/-. Take necessary action against the franchise in case there is wrong commitment. Secondly, my consent has not been taken to increase the credit limit. Unilateral decision by airtel to increase credit limit is not acceptable. Such increase has to be cancelled immediately. I requested for disconnection of my broadband fixed line 0120-4561346 last month.Now I have got a bill for Rs. 707. Earlier I was getting bill for more than Rs.1000. I want to continue if the bill is Rs. 707 but not if it more than Rs 1000. Why this difference. Whether my request for disconnection is pending or not. Please clarify so that I can decide.

Respectfully I want to say that what is the use of hundreds of SMS while I can't send a single SMS of porting request. Your signals are not perfect for call at my area you should give all the customer free alert service I think market is rise for competition so you will provide alert facilities to your customer.

Hi I am using Airtel post paid sim I have paid last amount of rs 1440/-. Incoming & outgoing calls will be stopped. What is reason? I don't know. my no is 9154891076. Please suggest me how can I do? I have choice this network because Airtel is India's best network.

Your airtel network says always all lines are busy... This is very bad. Plz rply me about this.

A took a new sim yesterday it is not speed at all am using 4g but shows only 3g in my phone set lte/3g/2g option but it shows only3g/4g option.

This is with reference to my airtel data card/mobile no. 9717748183 (Registered on Mobile no. 9582450291 / 8447868183). Undersigned went to the Airtel office in March for payment of my bill as well as requested the executive there to convert my plan from 499 to 399. They assured that it has been done. However, when my April bill came it did not show any change of plan and I was being charged as per 499 plan. When I went for April bill, I requested them to look into the procedural lapses on their part in not being able to convert my plan, instead, they misbehaved and said I should file a complaint in Airtel. They can't help. Kindly help us.

Dear team,

Thanks for the disgusting service provided by you throughout my relationship with you guys. There has been a network dip and fluctuation continuously since i have got this pathetic connection.

And now you guys have posted me with a bill of some 1177 without providing the desired services.
I am more than happy to switch to other service providers and i want to discontinue the services with you.

I wont be paying the bill for this current month as its pasted on me without any services.

Believe me i have been made fool by your executives every time i have made call to your executives and they lured me to this airtel as i was happy with vodafone.
