my problem is when ur company send me a sms full talktime 80=80. i will easy recharge of 80 thn i have receive a sms ur recharge is successful of 80rs. and ur talktime is 80 successful. but when i see my account bal. it show only 67.18 rs. my extra benefit not pay me so i want my extra benefit. i am not satisfied with ur service.

Due to range problems my post paid connection ported out to pre paid and the same has not been activated. so far(my no 9809220311). contacted customer care and retail shop (vellayambalam,tvm, ph.no 04714010135 ), irresponsible info received from them. so kindly do the need full at the earliest with out any omission. if any negligent from your side i will report the same to TRAI.

I have balance of more than Rs620 on 9th August and I left India for Kuwait. But on reaching Kuwait i got a message that I have low balance and my balance is only Rs1. I complaint for this ref PR082400404 and PR082500251. I received reply that rs 571.99 was deducted for using data whereas my mobile data and data on roaming is off. Moreover I have data pack also validity of which is 17th August. I requested for refund but refused. This is state of affairs of number 1 company of India. Shame on the part of Airtel.

I am chasing for hard copy of bill for last 2 month but no response till date for landline number 011 43015949. As per Airtel call center agent, bill has been issued by company but some problem from courier company and ask me to visit nearby Airtel center which is really pain for me. This is company responsibility to arrange bill delivery at my home. I would be appreciate if someone can read help to get the same.

Fake bill add for net charges in December and January. I have opted for my family plan and 3 no add in it and have unlimited internet after using 3 g data. Now they are saying that net is not free, and have to pay for it. customer care is not supporting thay are saying that it is my problem and I and fraud. using this no from almost 2 year and never face such problem.

Really worst experience.

Since April I am unable to use my data.

On April 24th I registered my first complain about this issue and one of concern department called me and I informed him that I am out of station now kindly call me after after 2 May. he said okay. On 3-4 May I called again and I was told that complain has been closed as you weren't contactable. I raised so many complain and all was closed with same reason. After that I request for port and I got call from retention team after discussing issue with her she asked me to wait for one day. She arranged call back for next day but I didn't get any call either on my phone or office phone. After 72hr I called again and spoke to miss chima operation manager and she SD your complain under process and would be sorted on 6 July. But nothing happened. I called again on 8 and spoke to one of lady manager and she said that you won't need to call again as it would be resolved or network team call you on your office phone but nothing happened this time as well. I called today again and spoke to one of manager and he was so irresponsible and response like a kid whose mother is telling him loary.

Sir I am paying my bills on time unable to use services.
I have to suffer with money and also with your services.

I request you all if you are residence of Najafgarh and Arjun Park then don't use AIRTEL NETWORK... Otherwise you would also have to pay for bad services and there would be no one who will help you.

I had shifted from idea to airtel on 25th July 2017 as a prepaid customer. At the time of the first recharge I had contacted the airtel customer care and as per their instructions i had charged for Rs 293. Actually i wanted to charge for Rs 399/ But the customer care told that first recharge should be off Rs 293 and i will get one GB data daily and unlimited call for 84 days. Every thing went fine till yesterday. yesterday my outgoing was stopped. When I approached your Cochin office they told that 293 offer was for airtel to airtel only. If that is the case do you think any one with a straight head will go for it. If that is the case how did I get 30 days of call services to other net works. You can check this with my call list.

Case no 2
i checked your prepaid plan list and found that different call plans like Rs 145, Rs 345, Rs 56, Rs96, Rs 399, Rs 18 and Rs 42. I charged for Rs 42 ( Local + STD mobile 25p/m for 28 days) As again I could not get outgoing I contacted your customer care and they told that I could not get outgoing as this scheme is for enhancing other plans. As your other plans are for unlimited calls how this is possible. Are you employing retarded guys or morons, or you are simply cheating your customers with fake promises. Now that I had lost my first recharge Rs 293 (54 days) and second one for 42. As per the style of your working I am not expecting a reply also.

Is this Air-tel ? where each customer service representative harassing there customer. I called 7 -8 times to customer care and they told we help you within 24 hr. I am working in commercial outlet but some bullshit representative didn't understand.

I am using AIRTEL (9910102302) postpaid service more than 7 months. Now I have stopped my postpaid service because of excess billing. Airtel charged Rs. 300 plus Tax Extra for late payment. Break up is below:-

(1)Billing period 2 Aug to 1 Sep 2017 =Late payment 100/- plus tax.
(2) Billing period 2 oct to 1 nov 2017 =Late payment 200 Plus tax.

I was out of station because of that i was unable to pay the amount. Also I have not received any call on my alternate number (9971650652). Which I have shared with you on document.

Kindly wave off the late payment so that i can pay the money and can connect with AIRTEL brand for Future.

Poorest, very bad services from airtel.
I upgraded my sim on 2nd dec. and my sms services were deactivated. I was assured that this will resume in 24 hrs. Despite of many call to customer care they are just registering my complain and given many dead line. It's more than 8 days now and still the issue is same. Very poor, bad services from airtel.

Airtel offers me internet 4f offer after update to 4g SIM and handset but don't get it.

You have a 4G handset! 3GB 4G data has been credited to your account at no cost. Visit Retailer & upgrade to 4G SIM.For free home delivery, SMS 4G<Y> to 51619 (Toll Free). Now my message and offer checking options are blocked.

I got a new airtel sim in November 2017 and since then i am facing problems regarding the network.

I have been facing problems like the network disappears unknowingly and not once or twice but many times a day. I am in middle of some work surfing the net or uploading a file and the network will disappear and now i have to restart the upload. On contacting customer service they just ask ur area and tell u that there is a network issue in that area and u are not the only one facing this problem. I literally called then from various places here in Delhi and i got the same reply. May i ask u people that is there any place where you don't give excuses.

After calling several times in airtel i got the same replies but my issue was not resolved. And now in April when i got the Rs.448 plan with 1.4gb data per day, i m facing problem with the internet also. The data doesn't get consumed because the Internet doesn't work at all. And when u call the customer service the replies don't get any better. Just the same "As i can see sir, the area u r living in has a network issue being faced by many other customers in the same area. U van try switching off and then on your mobile phone". Wow... Tell me why i never face the same issues with my other network. Why i never face the problem of network and data as i do in airtel. Why don't their networks disappear.

I am fed up of the service provided by you. I am really not at all going to recommend any of my colleagues or frnds to switch to airtel. Till now i have faced the worst issues and same implies with the customer service.

I just want to get these issues resolved otherwise ur customer care executive would be pleased to tell me the procedure of getting my sim card ported.

There is a problem in internet, you are working on laptop suddenly internet goes today at 8.30 am , 12.29 , the internet went off. since last two years i am not receiving original paper bill i have to ask for duplicate bill, then what happens you people send 2 to 3 duplicate bills but the original bill doesnt come. I have never defaulted in payment, even after 15th of the month i always pay on 1st , 2nd or 3rd day.

There is none who listens. i have been fed up with fixed line broad band connection 01145669197. what to do --- atleast 10 to 13 times technicians have visited at my residence, without calling before and taking appointment, they just come dont ask for the appointment, it is unsafe.

Phone number 01145669197 is since 2012 and before also i have phone 01141530443, i am your 12 years old customer and look that now the quality of service has come down. you have untrained technicians, team leader always lie.. even amardeep. i think manager or head did not respond to my phone 2 times i called at 1.36 pm but he didnt pick the phone. then i did whatapp calling, then he picked the phone, firstly i was calling his mobile number, there was no response.

I asked amardeep to come and see the issue of frequent disconnection, he openly said he cannot come, i will send some team member now mr sanjeev came without calling. what he did i dont know , suddenly he went out without my permission.

Ine more problem i have is that the modem has just 8 to 10 feet range , limited to one room. i just want to ask whether you have a solution for it or not if not then please let me know. you have to hold for fourty minutes to 50 minutes , the whole day you cant do anything today since 12.29 till 4.45 i was with airtel people on phone and with technicians. sorry to say your services have gone down, i am totally unhappy with broad band services. engineers are not trained, they just use the method of hit and trial. customer care floor manager was very rude i dont know her name , what i did i stooped talking to him.

you ask for a call back, never anyone from airtel call back.. Why it is happening to me. i never defaulted the payment, i dont receive original bill, your technicans are rude and tell lie to customer care, very disgustting. i am writing this letter because my bp has shot up , there is anxiety, worry. when i pay proper bills then why this situation arises with me. can you give email address of some senior manager who i can ple?

i am using airtel dth, again you are the most expensive. i use to think airtel give best service but the standard of the service is very down. i thing i should stop dth and also if no resolution you can provide about my issues then i have to forcefully surrender the phone. no extra benefits are given to 12 year old customer.

two airtel pre paid sim i am using. i am thinking of stopping every thing. please give proper and good training so that they can solve the problem...Very bad impression i am taking. since last two years i have not received original bill on time. solve the issue of frequent disconnection. at least customer care executive be nice , polite , ready to help the customers. these days customer only want respect , and good behaviour and nothing else. its a request please forward this email to your senior most boss.

At least technican should not come before calling and there behaviour is not good towards customers

I just cant help it anymore, how on earth at this century are you still having your NETWORK buffering up!!?? Like seriously you cant watch any video online for 2 minutes without it loading up n switching btwn 2G/3G to 4G(LTE) every second. You guys cant be serious announcing how you've updated to 4G while you can barely deliver 3G you just have a serious downtime problem.

You really really need to style up before we start switching off n move to other forth coming networks. You have too much offers than you can barely deliver, everything about you is slow and never coming first always having the 2nd position or 3rd. Safcom are here with there 4G unlimited version as well it doesn't lag for a second, WATCH AND LEARN BEFORE ITS TOO LATE.

If selected 4G no network even if selected 3G still net shows E signal. Very slow network inside home very less network. Airtel is just making fool by showing adds on TV fastest network in India. Please accept now after JIO you people are not able to provide good service.

From 2 weeks the internet speed in the evening is not more than 50 kbps. Jio is better than this which provides more speed, even after the end of data limit.

I'm using Airtel number 7349085143 for International roaming and this has been suddenly deactivated and this is for 2nd time and Airtel says the reason is Address verification could not be done successfully, My address is verified by many banks (AMEX, CITIBANK, AXIS BANK, INDUSLAND and others) but this is the case with a telecom company, currently I'm helpless as I do not have any other number for communication and in case of any emergency not sure whom can I contact, Airtel had promised me that my number will not be deactivated till I return India but it has been deactivated all of a sudden.

BTW, Address verification means the executive should reach our residence address and verify whether we're residing in the place but Airtel executives just called me and I replied as I'm out of India so he has made it as Address verification unsuccessful, Is this the way Airtel does the address verification.

I'm very frustrated and helpless at this time as I do not have any other number for direct voice communication, so posting my experience with Airtel publicly.

I need airtel to activate the service.

Dear Sir / Madam,

With deep regret I would like to draw your kind attention to the following facts :-

01 - I, Sujit Bhadra, who is residing at 185A BB Street, Uttarpara, Hooghly Dist., West Bengal have requested to take a new SD Digital TV Connection from your company vide ID No. 3028308076.
02 - As per the guidelines, we have made the payment of Rs.1953/- on 13th FEB 2019 vide transaction number 190213592775.
03 - Waited for days TOGETHER and there were no communication, started calling the customer care no.12150 and they have given 12148 which was not picked by the representatives.
04 - Yesterday – 21 feb 19 called up the call centre number 03344448080 and they have taken an SR No. A6112550 with a commitment that the installation will be taken place by 10.40 AM on 22 FEB 19.
05 - Again yesterday evening received a call from call centre whether the TV programs are coming or not. We have reconfirmed that the SD Box is not yet been installed and how you are expecting?
06 - Today morning when called the call centre number they have confirmed that the SR is cancelled and new SR is created and TAT will be by 05:50 PM on 22 FEB 2019. We were not happy with the answer and one of your Sr. Executive (Mr.Pal) given commitment that the Installation in question will be done at any cost by 07:00 PM on 22 FEB 19.
07 - Now at 07.00 pm today when asked about the outcome, surprisingly, the call centre have confirmed that the installation has been done at my home.

My question is how you are closing the SR without talking / visiting customer place. Repeated reminders and requests are made by me for early resolution, but, nothing is done by a so called reputed MNC.

You are requested to refund the money if you are not able to install the product at my home before 12:00 Noon.

Today new SR No. Given by your representative is A6156248.
