Its frustrating to get service from your esteemed company. I was been asked to go from desk to desk just to change my service. It was 7th Oct I visited your Yelahanka main store to change my service and the gentlemen there after making me to wait for an hour just asked me to come back on 28th whereas the tele caller asked me to go to my nearby store to get service

I called your telecaller again and got all instructions went bamondayck to the service outlet gave all documents requested and I paid 40 rupees as requested. The gentlemen then told to wait till i.e. 10th fo OCT to get my service regularised.

But noting happened and I gave benefit of doubt as it was holiday season and tried 11, 12, 13th of Oct and since nothing happened and telecaller kept telling that I should go back to the outlet and with reluctant I went again to your outlet which treats me very bad.

I work in a private company and wont get privilege to leave office. The gentlemen who assisted me on 10th told me to wait and just left FOR MAY BE HEAFTY LUNCH with his friend and it was so bad a lady majula by name was looking in to all circus going on with me for more than an hour started trying to help me.

She went inside to some closed door and came out to a computer guy and told the things are fine inside and whats happening. But outside computer “NOTHING WAS RIGHT ON MY ACCOUNT” !!!!!!!!!! SO SHE GAVE HER NAME “Manjula” #9535041240 AND LET ME GO

I again called your tele number SPOKE TO SOME LADY she passed on to one Mr.Shivu took my complaint and I am not sure what else to do now. Pl help me as I see anger on you outlet guys face and I don’t want to go there anymore.

I got a call from airtel 01142854550 on my mobile phone 9650992322 that one raju has not paid for the mobile 8826892312. I told them that I do not know any RAJU nor i know this mobile No. They told me to contact 121 to clear this. i hv been trying to do the needful by dialing 121/198 but the options r such that I can not reach to anyone to talk and explain. The options come as 1 for sim lost 2 for new connection. Then no further options. What to do? How to lodge complaints etc. I hv wasted 2 hrs on this. pl check ur system.

Your 399rs plan is a complete cheat plan!!! I've subscribed your 399rs of unlimited plan, it was working in mumbai and now i'm in gujarat and i cant make any calls. Do solve my problem or else there are many better networks than airtel!

Is my number 7397566482 today morning I receive a txt from u if I recharged for 164 I'll get 1GP 3g data for 1 month but after the recharge im only receive 500mb for 14 days. please tell me the reason why you did send that message to me and please refund my amount or refund my data balance otherwise I 'll surely go to the consumer court.

Hi my no. is 9557041947. I recharged my no with 345 rs plan according to which I was to be received 28 GB for 28 days + unlimited calls. But I only received 1GB for last 72 hrs and no calling service. Please do solve this problem.

Dear Concern,
I am very depressed about an incident which happened with me on 7th July 2017. On 7th July 2017 at 1.25 PM I feel my outgoing services has stopped and sudden 1.39 PM I got message from airtel which was mentioned (my outgoing facility is now available kindly switch off and turn on my mobile). For knowing the reason behind this I just make the call to customer care center at 1.50 PM and what reason I listen from customer care executive has turn me negative from airtel company. The executive told me the reason for disconnecting my services and resuming later, he told me that you have make call to customer care first on 12.46 pm and second time on 1.11 pm and your request no is 2481988777 and told us to deactivate your services.

But my problem is who is this person who are accessing my account and calling to customer care for deactivating my services. How he is accessing my account. How that person came to know my security credentials. Is Airtel providing him my security credentials.

Dear Concern, I am very depressed and I want crystal clear solution for this matter. I want the contact details for that person who making call to customer care without my knowledge. I want the contact no from which he is making call to customer care so that I can file FIR to police department.

If you failed to provide me these details than for my security reason I have to shifted to another telecom operator and total 3 post paid no are running the name of our company.

Team Airtel, I am having a problem with the network from Airtel, is not working at all. While the tower is located just a distance from my house can not talk on the phone in Airtel's 10-15 years old customer and I do not want to port airtel.

If you say that you are the best in the world then it is absolutely wrong. Please correct and give the right network to the customer. my adress is near ghatabillod, dist dhar madhya pradesh, pin-454773.

I am using this postpaid for the past 3 years, I am really unhappy for this services. without making calls they are charging huge. Last bill 244 and next bill generation 11th to 12th but immediately they said 170 minutes has been used. how it is possible without making any call 170 minutes used in single day. I went to Kolathur airtel showroom for change postpaid to prepaid. for the past 10 days i am walking to show room. They are telling different stories. Aadhaar link down, sim not available they are not having clear idea to change post paid to prepaid. Because of this number still i am using airtel or otherwise i will destroy the same and change to some other communication. Please help me in this regard or otherwise you will loose many customers like me.

Very very very very bad signal it's like a turtle, not run plz do something. I don't say any bad language but your company is fully seamless, signal is up & down every time everywhere, why? Your company is not providing free service, I payed money so why I suffer signal problem.

Airtel customer support from last 3 month not able to solve my network issue and internet problem. Every time they say to wait for 7 day and your complaint will be solved but nothing happens. This is going on from last 1 month, Very bad.
