Sir, I booked a ticket (invoice no.100 000 000 6836333,)[H1PQ] and another ticket (pnr L6VX78)[H1PQ4] booked by company OSL, flight booked from Mumbai to Raipur on date 26.09.17.

I was correcting in manage my bookings for a sector from Kolkata to Chennai, December 12 , 2017, the change needed was Kolkata to Delhi. on the same date. HEBHM is the PNR number and web reference AIBE36173971. Change was not done in two attempts and money was deducted from my card twice. Rs. 10,206.00 each for each attempt.

Kindly refund Rs. 20412.00 to my card as soon as possible.

i tried to book online air india ticket through air india website dated 20.01.2018 from new delhi to Leh by AI 445 for 03 Feb 18 and Leh to New Delhi by AI 446 for 11 Feb 18. I opted for credit card payment for total sum of Rs 7341. There occurred a problem in the internet connectivity and internet stopped functioning while making the transaction. i received the sms from credit card company at 1852 hrs for completed transaction but did not receive ticket confirmation from Air India nor i received any intimation nor was the ticket generated. Thereafter, i proceeded to book the same ticket (with same seat number 6F) at 1950 hrs and this time got the ticketr confirmation from Air India as well as successful transaction from credit card company once again. It is pertinent to mention that for same ticket and same seat numbers two tickets cannot be generated. Therefore, It is requested that the earlier transaction be refunded please.

When contacted by helpline I was told that the ticket will be generated within an hour and my PNR is Y8B03 but no ticket was generated. When I contacted through helpline the next day i.e. 19.04.2018 I was told that the ticket was not generated/cancelled and I was advised to ask for refund through this e-mail. Therefore it is requested that the deducted amount may please be refunded to my SBI Account No.00000010613683351 (SBI Laitumkhrah Br., Shillong).

I were asked to travel upto delhi from my pocket expenses to catch my delhi-bombay connecting flight. I shelled Rs.6500 on my way to delhi through private taxi. Kindly reimburse the taxi fare.
